"I'm not sure if this is the invoice number or not, but I have only placed this order & haven't received it yet! But so far I have been more that pleased with the way that AccessoryOne.com conducts their business with their follow-up emails and a wonderful website to use in ordering. It is very "user friendly" & gives you complete details on the products & other information as well!!

Thank you for the excellent communication thus far & I TRULY look forward to doing more business, purchases from your company in the future!

"Made 2 separate purchases via Amazon. They sent the wrong item and didn't respond to my contact efforts. Amazon intervened and I finally heard from accessory one. They said they refused to send the correct item or refund me until I removed the negative feedback I'd submitted (a violation of Amazon's rules). They never assisted me further, so Amazon refunded the purchase separately. On my second order, they never responded to our requests for assistance.

*Follow up. They lied to the BBB regarding my complaint. These guys are crooks!

"After purchasing an item from AccessoryOne with a successful credit card transaction, after a week I received a mail from AccessoryOne mentioning that my order is cancelled. Moreover, the reason mentioned was "Cancelled by Customer". I replied back to AccessoryOne and told that I never cancelled the item and even Google's checkout history shows that I did not cancel the item. Do not purchase from AccessoryOne."

"I highly recommend NOT doing business with Accessory One. I called before placing my order to ask what their return/ exchange policy would be if the item was defective upon receipt, the Customer Service Manager, assured me the item would be replaced if it was defective within 30 days (although generally Bluetooth items are not returnable). The item WAS defective and when I emailed the company, I received no response. I then called and spoke to the Customer Service Manager who denied he told me he would replace the defective item and refused to do anything about it. I have disputed the charge with Mastercard. BUYER BEWARE."

"ONLINE ORDER ID # 25279 - I was not sent what I ordered, packing slip was correct and what was sent was very different than what was on the packing slip. When I tried to call customer service could not get a "live" person on the phone. Ended up filing a claim with Chase Credit against there Visa Merchant Account. "

"Awful experience. I made an order on September 30, 2009 and received confirmation with delivery date of October 6, 2009. I passed up two offers over that weekend to purchase same items elsewhere. On the night of October 6, 2009, date the order was to arrive, I received email notice it was canceled! It is one thing to advertise and take an order for an item you do not have in stock. It is another all together to not reply to the customer IMMEDIATELY that the order will not be placed. Responding to the customer on the date the order was to be received is nothing short of crooked! Do not order from these people!!"

"This is a horrible company, I would not recommend doing business with them. I ordered 3 items from them through their Amazon.com storefront with all items showing an In-Stock availability. After waiting a few days without any tracking information I contacted them to find out the status of the order. It took them 2-3 days to even respond to the email with a cryptic "One or more items you ordered are out of stock." No mention of which item is out of stock or if I want to cancel the order. I respond back asking which items are out of stock as I need one of the items on the order right away and I have yet to hear a response. It has been now over 4 days since my latest inquiry. They do not care about customer service and falsely identify items as In-Stock and then ignore any requests that you may have on the availability of these items or estimate on shipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"
