Please stay away from this company as I ordered on June 19,2019 and today they told me that my item delivered with a fake DHL tracking number that shows item shipped from Canada To Woodland Hills California!!!! But they told me they ship from FL And they just arrange a fake tracking number that shows it delivered!!!, please stay away from them, I made several calls to them and every time they hang up on me or put me on a long hold that is too rude! And finally they said diffrent excuses but when I called them on July 11, 2019 they send me an email and said my item is not yet ready to ship to me and I should wait one week more but today they send me a tracking number that it delivered to me on July 12, 2019 !!!!! (One day after they said it is not yet ready) It totally shows that they don't even know how to arrange a fake delivery time! It shows how they are liar to their customer! It is such an embarrassing experience for me to shop from this scam company! Such a sham for this company who can easily stolen my money for $188 ! I really work hard for my money but they easily wast my money and they refuse to refund my money!!! but I will report them every where I can to prove this company is a cheating company to people! Shame on accessoriesinternational company!"

"Very satisfied and content with my experience with this company. I was in desperate need of a new windshield for my ride back home after my current windshield was damaged from a minor accident during a 5 day motorcycle ride along the western half of the states passing the loveland pass. I only had one day at a set, planned location that I would be staying at during the trip which only gave a small window and made it difficult to have the windshield delivered. After calling this company, they walked me through the delivery plan and made it work for me. Very grateful, would've frozen my **** off without a good windshield "
"This company is a scam. Before reading and believing the fake reviews you read on some websites, do some research. They charged my credit card before shipping tires that I purchased (which is illegal), then emailed me to say that they needed more money for shipping and requested my credit card info via email, since they stated that they don't keep credit card info. They refused to return my money, and all calls to their customer service department resulted in a message stating their "inbox is full".
If you do a little research, you will see that this is not an isolated incident. Not even close! I am taking legal action against them, and if you have experienced the same thing, I would encourage you to do the same.
As a side note, it appears that this company does this until they can't get away with it any more, then they change their business name and start all over again. As I said, do your research. You have been warned."
"Ordered a motorcycle windshield from Accessories International on 5/14/17 and hadn't heard anything from them for 3 days except the initial order confirmation on the day I ordered. Send them an email asking if there was a shipment estimate. No response. On 5/22 I called them and they told me the order had shipped and they would send confirmation. On 5/23 I received UPS shipping confirmation indicating that the item shipping label had been created at the end of that business day and scanned into the UPS system that evening. It's estimated delivery is 5/31/17, 2.5 weeks after the order was placed. That's not too big a deal but not answering email and then saying something had already shipped when it hadn't is a customer service issue."

"Ordered a Givi Bag for my bike on 01/31/17. Received it 3 days later on the 3rd! Also wasn't sure if it would fit my bike and the customer serviced walked me through the process assuring me that I wouldn't have any problems mounting it. Once the product arrived it was nicely packaged and undamaged (props to UPS). The item quality was great and I even got an additional discount after asking if there was any additional price cut I could receive! "
"I ordered a helmet and pair of riding gloves from Accessories International. The ordering process and payment was very simple and easy. I was sent a confirmation email letting me know the company had received the order. Then nothing. I placed the order on Wed 7/9/14, but nothing had been shipped by the following Tues 7/15/14.
I called the number listed on the website. A pleasant person answered the phone. I gave him my order and he said the gloves had shipped but the helmet had apparently been discontinued. He then asked if I'd like to pick a different helmet while on the phone with him. I said no.
The total order cost was $105, and any order over $99 is eligible for free shipping. So when I looked at my bank statement, I had been charged for the gloves $35.99 and $9.99 in shipping.
This is a terrible company to order from. Someone should have contacted me before the gloves were sent out to resolve the situation, or A.I. should pull items off its website that are no longer for sale.
In reading other reviews, which I should have done before purchasing, it looks like this is a fairly common complaint."

"I ordered a motorcycle accessory, about an month ago, on Friday. I called them on Tuesday to check up on the order status. They informed me that the item will be shipped out that day. Thursday came around and I didn't get the tracking information so I called them back asking if the item was shipped. They said it was shipped on Tuesday and I should be receiving the item next week. Then I asked about the tracking info. They said they haven't gotten the tracking info from UPS yet and I will be receiving tracking info by Friday. End of Friday, I still didn't get tracking info. I called them back and they said I should be getting the tracking info by Monday. Monday came around and right before they close, I received the tracking info from UPS saying that the item just arrived to UPS in Florida where Accessories International is located. I would have been okay if they told me the truth from the beginning if there was some kind of delay. They should not have lied and lying to a customer about something that is so obvious is very stupid of them. They'll never have any returning customers. I know I'll never buy from them again. I read some bad reviews by many other customers after I ordered from them and I wish I read them before I ordered from them. I want to save others from trouble and headache. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORIES INTERNATIONAL."

Later my credit card was charged, but not for the amount on the invoice. I sent an email and was told one item was out of stock but would be in shortly. Weeks later I still hadn't received any information about the order, so I called. I was told the item was still out of stock and they were unsure when it would be in. I told them to send whatever they had of my order, since they'd already charged me for it, or else I'd cancel the entire order. Shortly thereafter I received the part of my order that they had charged me for."
