tech support David "puts the cherry on the whipped cream!"

"The beautiful yamaha yas207 soundbar system arrived. Could not get sound going. Gave up and read the manual to find out what I did wrong. Called Yamaha support, and they talked me thru everything I had done, but still no sound. Called Tech Support David and gave him the basic picture. David kept me calm, and walked me thru the things not in the Operators Manual one at a time. Suddenly, there was sound! Where did you find this guy?!!? Just not used to customer service/support anymore. Always find someone blaming me, or explaining thats not their job. Certainly, a well deserved thank you and "golf clap" for David!"

Above and beyond the call of duty!

"I purchased a receiver from Accessories4less that had cross channel "leakage". David Harmon was very accommodating, offering to replace it, exchange it for another item, or give me a refund. I opted to send it back and ordered another receiver. This time, no fault of Accessories4 less, the remote was defective. Although I was hesitant to complain about this issue, David responded promptly to my concern and let me know that a replacement remote was on it's way from the manufacturer. I would gladly purchase again, based on these experiences."

Completely Satisfied — A+++

"I do not buy used, and was very afraid of "refurbished" electronics. After doing my research on AC4L, I found threads about how legit they were on AVSforums, and decided to give it a shot. The surround sound speaker package that I had put together through Amazon would have costed me more than $1600 buying new. I selected AC4L refurbished items (through Amazon other sellers link), and saved over 1/3 of the total cost!

A+ Delivery — I live in DC and they shipped from Florida. I was expecting slow ground, but it only took two days! I was amazed at the speed, even though this wasn't listed as Prime.

A+ Condition — If the boxes didn't say "reconditioned" on them, I wouldn't have known these were pre-owned. Not a scratch on any of my speakers or receiver. Everything looked factory-new. I am so happy, because anything less than perfect would have bugged me.

A+ Service — After running surround sound tests on my new system, one speaker had a minor "tick" to it. I contacted AC4L, and a very knowledgable tech named David Harmon helped me resolve the issue quickly to my satisfaction.

Overall — I'm so happy with this experience, that I would highly recommend Accessories4Less, and would gladly shop there again in the future.

Marantz SR 5009 Remote replacement

"Had a wonderful experience dealing with accessories4less in particular David Harmon. David was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a replacement for my damaged Marantz SR5009 remote where the new leaf warranty(which was purchased) had flat out refused and conveyed that remotes were note covered as part of the warranty. David Resolved My Onkyo Stereo Issues For Me 100% !!! :)

"Hello, I talked to David Harmon from the Accessories 4 Less Tech Support Dept. today on my lunch hour. I told him that I had lost sound volume over my speakers over this past weekend. He went right to it and worked his magic and he resolved my stereo issues for me 100% over the phone! This Guy Is Excellent! He gave me excellent help and he e-mailed me with the support directions that I needed to clear out the Error Code on my Onkyo TX-NR-656. After work tonight, I followed his Instructions and wala ~ the Error Code is now gone and my stereo now works again 100% !!! Thank you so much David for such a Painless Tech Support Call and Resolution to my stereos problems! Best regards, Jim B., Forked River, NJ"

Anyone can sell but its how you handle the issues that make a company 5 stars

"Thank you to David Harmon at Ac4Less helping me with a bad receiver switch out. I ordered a new refurb Denon receiver and it had an issue (first time I've had a bad product from them (I have 3 receivers and 2 speakers). Its how a company works with you on an issue that shows what type of company they are - David Harmon contacted me to walk through a couple of steps to make sure there was not a simple solution. He help get everything setup for a quick return of the defective and making sure my second order would ship so I would meet my weekend deadline for my stereo project.

Thank you David its people who truly make a company.

Yamaha receiver

"I bought a Yamaha receiver from them and I had an issue due to the size of my run from the receiver to the TV I called and talked to David Harmon who was very knowledgeable, helped me by sending out new 4K cables so I could troubleshoot the problem and helped me resolve the issue. Super happy with the receiver and service. When I bought the receiver they explained the differences and helped to guide me to this Yamaha which was exactly what I needed. Will definitely be buying from them again!!! Thanks team!"

Great customer service!

"I ordered a Marantz HD-AMP1 for my home office and it arrived well packed yet with small shipping damage (FedEx fault). I contacted AC4L.com and reported this to David. He immediately dispatched a replacement unit out to me so I could still get it at the end of this week. We also chatted about speakers options as I had some specific questions. Overall, great customer service! Highly recommended. I will definitely reach out to David when I am ready to fill my "man cave" with some high quality audio components at really good prices.

Very good service!

"After having some issues with a Yamaha AV receiver I purchased, I called customer service and spoke to David Harmon. He told me to go ahead and return the unit as defective for an exchange. But after asking me some questions about my equipment, he was able to determine that my receiver selection was not optimal for my speakers. He recommended a slightly higher priced receiver that would provide more power, and is able to power 4 ohm speakers. This would be a better match for my large B&W speakers rated at 200 W and 8 ohms (3 ohm min.). It was the 3 ohm min. spec that I had failed to take into account when selecting a receiver.
