"Excellent customer service, I asked them a question after-hour and didn't expect a reply until the next day, the email was answered within half an hour. Live Chat is also very responsive. Very helpful staff. 2nd hand item is great (Open box), shipping is fast. I had my fair share of doubt when buying from them for the first time, but they are solid and beyond my expectation. Efficient , Friendly, Hands On sales service and Good Pricing

"I found a Accessories4Less via a Google search for the KEF Q350 Bookshelf Speakers. I was able to obtain an advertised price for a KEF Recertified pair of the speakers. The sales associate, Jeff G. recommended that I look at and entertain the Recertified Product. I did at a $449.00 / pair. It was ordered on line, easily, and processed immediately. The Notice that the product was picked by FEDEX from A4L was sent later that day!!! I received it exactly on Time. To make things even Sweeter, I contacted them via email to say that I received the product, was sent like something brand new. Jeff informed that KEF upgraded me to a NEW pair without any additional costs !! Whoa Nellie.... now that's Customer Service . So pleased with excellent service and so pleased with the product I purchased. "

Used to be really good

"In the past, used ac4l and got great products for a good price, and good service. My last experience was less than stellar. Purchased a AV receiver that immediately had issues. They were good about letting me send it back, but I purchased another receiver that worked for two months this time, so opened a ticket with Denon for the issue, and worked with them. Three different times I contacted them over the issue, and tried many different things. I finally had to send it in for warranty, 100$ in shipping for a 400$ ARV, that was the cheapest, and I'll be without my AVR for at least three weeks.

They are quick to respond, and willing to work with you, but bought two AVR that didn't work, and asked about shipping and I have to pay for it. I don't plan recommending them again, in fact, if I didn't buy all new speakers, would consider going back to sound bar, alot simplier and can get good sound for a lot less hassle.

For those of you reading, keep in mind what you are shopping for. This company specializes in clearance, refurbished, and discontinued items. Or what I like to call incredible deals. Stock is low and risk is high when you're trying to save $1000 on a $2000 product. I purchased a refurbished Marantz SR5012 from these folks and they took care enough to ship it immediately and it arrived in cosmetically perfect condition, only 3 days later. Upon opening the box I realized it was packaged by Marantz and included a certification card signed by one of their technicians. Once I hooked everything up and ran the setup assistant, I realized the Left Surround channel was defective. I filled out the form, got a prepaid return label and a full refund within 4 days. I will use the money to purchase a better unit from them because frankly they're not the ones that certified the faulty repair and THEIR service and prices are unbeatable.

To the guy making all of the crazy allegations in a review - you know they get their product from Denon right?

Please keep a perspective when you shop, the box stores have the product brand new for twice the price. There's such a thing as risk and reward.

Easy to deal with

"Bought a refurb receiver which had some problems upon receipt. After explaining the issues they sent a return label and a replacement unit. It was an easy, seamless process.

Yes it's a bit of a risk buying refurb units but it will save you money. Just make sure you thoroughly test the unit within the 30 day return time period to make sure everything works OK. Even if you run into problems outside the 30 day time period they usually have a have at least a 1-year warranty.

"Had an issue with a Remanufactured Denon outside of warranty, but acessories4less went out of their way to send me a few reset procedures that ended up clearing up my issue. Cant beat that kind of service. Thanks! I will continue to shop here for my A/V needs!"

Super Service

"I received my order missing a power cord for one satellite speakers. I emailed customer service and Larry was a great help. S**t happens and sometimes all that can be done is to make it right. Larry did a great job and the cord came in a very timely manner, true professional.
The system is great, missing a speaker only the sound bar works. Sounds great, better than expected.

Not willing to exchange a defective item impacted by COVID 19

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a Denon receiver the last week of February and due to the COVID Pandemic our installer was not working and just came to install our receiver. It turns out the receiver was defective with the right surround output peg not working.

Attempted to get an exchange not a refund just an exchange for one that worked and the customer service person Jeff was unbelievably not understanding . Basically said too bad its 30 days out of purchase so we can't help you.

DON NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DON'T CARE TO HELP POST PURCHASE.

"I was ready to upgrade my subwoofer and I wanted to stay within the Boston Acoustics brand. My need was very specific, regarding size and type. I wanted a floor-firing subwoofer at a decent price, so I googled it. Google led me to Accessories4Less and I found exactly what I was looking for. The order arrived promptly, and I was a bit surprised, and very pleased. The product is excellent, so much so that I ordered another one as two subwoofer home theater is what is recommended by the experts.

I had a question and sent them an email and Jeff there got right back to me, another surprise! I heartily recommend doing business with them.
