"My son ordered a XBox 360 wireless gadget in March and have contacted them several times to get his money back.Now July and still yet to get anything, money back or goods.If you are willing to risk losing your money use the site, but I think its a scam site!!"

"It's a great website, I bought a 1000mw Green Laser Pointer June 21st, I got it the day before yesterday, (one week later after I made the order), I bought it for a experiment, so , I want super high power pointer. After view a lot of websites, I decided to buy this item, it didn't let me down. High Power, small spot size, durable,and portable.All the features are what I expected. Before that , I bought two laser pointer, but none contented me, however, I rarely write reviews for a web, even for ebay stores or amazon stores. But now, I really want you know I got the right place to make a great order. Its a nice experience cause the laser is too important for me. Because this is a very important experiment for my graduation In Harvard University. "

"DO NOT give them your money! I ordered a replacement LCD screen from them, which listed a leadtime of 2 days and "For orders In UK and US , we supply fast shippment, for orders in other countries , extra 2 days may required for delivery.". After taking my money (which only took 1 day, they sure were fast doing that), I received an email that included the statement "YOU ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ASAP. AND IT WILL TAKES ABOUT 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY , PLEASE WAIT FOT IT PATIENTLY.". How the heck is 2-3 weeks fast shipping?!? I was patient and waited 19 business days and still did not receive anything. I have requested a refund, and I'll just have to see how that turns out. My advice is to avoid them like the plague."

"one day I was shopping online for a mp5 watch on google.A veriety of different watches popped up in the shopping section.one of them was a water proof mp5 watch.on google you have the option of choosing a low priced website.when I clicked on it I was recommended to ACCEPORT.I decided to purchase the water resist mp5 watch from the website on 5/5/11.I received a email from a person named "JACKIE" a day later stating: "I would get it in about 7 to 15 days please be patient".well I didn't receive it...so on 6/4/11(about a month later)I emailed "JACKIE" and stated that I haven't received my package.I also asked if there was a way to track my package.I receive a reply two days later.The email read "Have U got it now?".This did not answer my question and it was a complete slap in the face!While I was hopelessly awaiting for my watch, I did a little back ground check on ACCEPORT.It seems I wasn't the only person with this kind of problem.I wish I had did my research before I'd wasted my time with their website.Their customer service is horrendous.Why would you answer a question with a question?It doesn't make any sense!I'd also emailed them again asking the same question and I didn't get a response until 4 days later(and it was another dumb reply which didn't help).I even went back to their site to delete my membership(which I could not)and checked on my order status just for the hell of it and the status to this very day says(PROCESSING)!!!Thank God I had enough intelligence to order though PAYPAL.PAYPAL is a life saver...they were able to get me a full refund from that shady website.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE!!!!!.......Don't be suckered to this website for their low prices!!!!"

"I can certify that this website is a true scammer, comparabile to also other users who rated the worst on acceport.com; since I myself is also a victim as well, being waiting for nearly two months already, after having received his/her email asking me being patient...I am going to report this to every org I can find, if the case not being delt properly.
Any further victims please bookmark this website (http://www.getsafeonline.org/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=1175), for your future reference if being affected.
If the admin, called Jeakie who sent me email saying my order is on its way, sees this, and can solve the issue with my order, I would more than happy to rectify my comments.

"I needed to get a replacement fan for my Macbook Pro. Apple doesn't like anyone besides them doing repairs so finding parts was difficult. I found one on this site for $23 and a lead time of two days. I placed my order and made payment with paypal. Upon ordering an account was made and after checking two days later, I found it has not been shipped. I contacted them. They replied saying it would be shipped at 5:00 pm that day. A couple more days passed, no shipment. I contacted them again and their response was "don't worry ,the processing status means your item is in stock , you will get it soon". That was the exact quote from the email titled "Re: Enquiry from acceport.com". After having been lied to and told not to worry, I don't think I'll ever get my part. The upside is I found parts elsewhere using the part numbers on the site. I ordered from a merchant on eBay and received a left and right fan for the same price. Shipping was free from the eBay merchant. Also the payment to acceport.com was paypal, so I don't think I'll have much problem getting my money back. Just don't use this guy, find a reputable dealer either from this site or a well reviewed merchant on eBay."
