"I ordered a product and heard nothing other than a confirmation of the order for over a week. They never answer their customer service 800 number and do not respond to email inquiries in a timely manner. They billed my credit card the day of the order but took 10 days to ship. While I found the product selection and value good thier after sales customer handling leaves a lot to be desired. They have a lot to learn and I doubt I will never do any business there again."
