"Rip Off Company - ordered a part for a commercial disposer, payed twice as much for the part and paid high price for overnight shipping. did not recieve the part, after 3 days I called them about my overnight package, they said they had screwed up and I would have it the next day. I did not recieve it the next day, so I called to cancel the order, got an answering machine, left a message cancelling the order, and ordered from another company, received the following day from the new company. The following day - 3 days after the second delivery was supposed to come, UPS came with the package, I refused delivery, since then it has been 7 months and they will not refund my money or resend the part, or answer the phone for me. I know have to file a small claim against them and go through the courts.... I would never ever do business with this company - they are a complete RIP OFF."

"The wrong product was delivered and I returned it promptly. I confirmed the product was received by the third party vendor. Was promised by Able Kitchen that the refund was forthcoming. I have called no less than 40 times over the last 4 months requesting the refund. They say it is on its way each time or that "Joe" will call me back with more info. I have never received a return phone call and they have now begun hanging up on me each time I call. I filed with the BBB and they did not respond to the complaint. I am now filing in small claims and will request additional penalties/damages and notify their third party vendors about they terrible customer service and illegal business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"I ordered silverware for my restaurant on Oct 29 2012 and never received my order. I sent numerous inquiries about my order through their on line support link but never received a reply. I also called three times and was told they were on the way. Finally I had my bank reverse the charge. I never received my order and never heard from them via email or phone one way or the other. I will never use ablekitchen.com again."
