"I nevere recieved a set of ear phones from this company. My credit card was charged and I have tried for over two months to get my money and they keep putting me off. United Parcel service has already been involved and has contacted the shipper ans myself. I keep being told it will be resolved and they will call be back. I have never received a call nor has my money been refunded. "

It turns out there they were closed July 5
and July 6 for the Fourth of July holiday. There was not a message on their answering machine about that.
It also happened that their website email had problems at same time. I manage to track down the guy who designed their website and tell him of problems with their website email.
Once all of that was straighten out. I was able to get my refund. But it was a good thing that I sent the returned item by Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, because they were not sure they received the package I sent back until I gav them the tracking number.

Order shipped 6/21. Received 6/28.
Only 14 days to return items. Their website doesn't say whether that is business days or calendar days. With 7 days eaten up by shipping and weekends and holidays, it doesn't leave much time.
Tried to get in touch with them about returning one item in the order. To get RMA #, you need to email ****@****, but emails sent to that address or any other aaxes.com addresses bounce back.
No one answers phones. Looks like there is only 2 people in the office.
Their regular telephone number doesn't work; is disconnected.
Luckily what I want to return is less than $20. I doubt I'd order from them again."
