Get Idea For Large Key Backlit Keyboard, Purchased 3 And They All Failed In 3 Months!

"Bought one, put it through the paces, great concept, price was right ordered 2 more. Then the 1st one died. Number pad keys were sticking and causing a whole host of craziness on screen. First time I checked their site, they had NO contact information, just a request form. Send 5 requests for warranty. NEVER HEARD ONE PEEP. OK, you want to pedal poorly engineered products on the consumer then not answer service requests? I mean I gave them adequate time to respond, but did they? NOPE! Hello BBB and States Attorney General. They responded saying I incorrectly typed my email address wrong. (gee imagine that with a messed up keyboard.... I mean how hard would it be to transpose "yhaoo") So out of the 5 request forms submissions on their site, and calling their support line a thousand times, still never heard anything on where to send back or if the request was even approved! So since I purchased from Amazon, and have a "GREAT" working FU relationship with ****@****, I forced them to accept the return over their 90 day limit, received full refund. Keyboard number 2, 90 day mark the LED backlight would flicker, become unresponsive (regardless of what key and port ) and would actually take my 8K desktop to its knees. So severe that would cause critical errors and restarts. Once again a form submission on their site with plenty of sweet profanity. Yup nothing heard in return.... but the States Attorney General passed yet another complaint to company, and as typing this (more than a month) have not heard one peep. OK, hello Amazon, after a few FU letters to them, received refund. 3rd keyboard!!!! I am usually more wise with dealing with new kids on the block for peripherals. But wow... kick me in the privates, keyboard went down in days. Went absolutely ballistic on it. Accidentally took out a few pieces of hardware with the rage fit I was on. All I can say, is that I am glad I don't live close to them. I admit that I shouldn't have destroyed it, as it was perfect evidence to throw a contingent at these fools. But man what a lesson... and you guessed it, hello amazon a 3rd time, received full refund, didn't even have to send it back. Now back when I thought they had a decent product I purchased a $16 mouse... after about a week the mouse clicks were extremely faint as you had to apply "HULK" like pressure to even get a click. Extremely pee poor engineering and longevity. These are the worst kind of company that just want to make money and F you over. They will learn the hard way, I am more than a keyboard warrior... lets see what Intel has to say about your BS shadiness. Oh BTW I highly suggest you answer the Attorney General."
