For the most part the jewelry is beautiful, I do wish that better quality earring hooks and necklace clasps were used on some of them, and others were fine.
I did have one bracelet come in without a clasp and there was one necklace that is so ugly I'm not even going to display! - you asked..one out of 56, not bad.
I will be placing another order, but I want to stay with just the stronger clasps and earring backs.
The shipping is pretty high!

"I was very surprised to come home yesterday to find my order waiting for me. I thought it would take another week before I saw the jewelry.

The first item I opened was a chrystal necklace set with bracelet and earings. The bracelet crystals fell apart in my hands apon opening. Then i opened another chrystal set and every thing was fine. Then another and the earings fell apart. I was a little upset and then as I opened more off the jewelry things were fine until I opened a ring and that too was broken. Then I opened a pair of chrystal earring and they too were broken.

I ordered a lot of stuff and I must say that I am happy with the quality for the most part. I actually can not believe how good the quality is for the majority of the order. I kept opening things and for the most part I am really was happy.
I am also very happy with dealing with AY Pearl because I think your customer service is very good. I think it's great that you have this follow - up survey too. Other companies don't do this. I think your products and your customer service is worth the price I paid for the jewelry. I'm not worried at all about the broken jewelry.
