"When I placed my order, I immediately received an email stating tha the order would be shipped in 24-72 hours and that I would get another email with the tracking information. After 4 days, I had not heard anything, and the order had not shipped. I emailed AWS Wireless and did not receive a response. I called and left a voicemail which was never returned. After a few more days, I called again, this time during posted business hours, and the phone rang about 20 times and would not even allow me to leave a voicemail (message saying, "The wireless customer you are calling is unavailable. Please try your call again later."). Finally, about 2 weeks after placing the order, it was shipped. I was actually planning on calling my credit card company to cancel the charge the day the package finally showed up (mind you they do not wait to charge you until your order has shipped like reputable companies do). They finally responded to my email after I had already received the product, 9 days after I had sent the email. Shameful customer service."

"AwsWireless might as well remove their phone systems. They do not answer calls nor do they return calls. I am 6 weeks in on an order. I have left five (5) voicemails wanting information on the order. AwsWireless has returned a grand total of ZERO calls letting me know the status of the order.

We are a company of 5000+ and we will order exactly NOTHING from AwsWireless ever again.

If you order anything ... Good Luck!

"I ordered 2 hands-free headsets and a leather case for my phone (1 hands-free headset for wife's phone ). 1 hands-free headset was missing. When I emailed and explained situation, they said they would investigate and get back to me. They did not get back to me when they said they would and when I emailed again, they apologised and said they would send item and also send tracking number so I could track missing item being sent to me. Nothing was sent.

Despite several emails and the intervention of the BBB, there has been no communication since. I could not access my complaint via the access key that AWSWireless.com had assigned my account -which I previously could.

Despite the fact the initial items were sent quickly and the products were good quailty, their follow-up service was sub-standard and I guess the extra shipping, handling and mailing expense from the US to Canada was not worth keeping this customer.
I will not shop here again and would not recommend this retailer.

"Reliable store to deal with. I purchased a cell phone holster for my Motorola 815 phone. It didn't fit properly so I returned it requesting a different model holster.

Recieved the replacement without any hassle.
