"I needed a replacement keyboard for a laptop, in a huge hurry.

So, I did a search to see who had it in stock. ATXCASES.COM seemed quite legitimate, and the website said that it was in stock.

So, I placed on order. After waiting a while, and not receiving any shipping information, I called to ask if it was really in stock (nobody else had this one in stock).

They told me the guy who handles the order was out to lunch for the next 2 hours, and would call me back.

2 hours later, no call back, so I called.

They said they would check, and call me back. 2 hours after that, they called me and said there was no stock.

I asked them to please cancel my order and not bill my credit card. They informed me that my card would already be billed, and that they would promptly process a refund, within the next few days.

So, next week comes, and there is no refund. I called them for a few days in a row, and they said they would expedite my refund.

I was told that the request was "with their accountant".

But, it's a week later, and no refund.

The credit card company allows them 30 days to issue a refund or send the merchandise.

So, after 30 days, I can call the credit card company and ask for a chargeback.

I somehow get a feeling that this company will soon stop being authorized to use credit cards.

However, they will just change their name again and continue on ........

Next time I will be more careful who I deal with. "
