"The lamp I received from Apex for a Mitsubishi HC3000 was crap - lasted less than 6 months (and less than 100 hours) and I think was defective from the start as I got warnings that the lamp was "approaching shut down" and to prepare a new bulb for installation right after I installed it. I ignored the warning thinking it could not be accurate and unfortunately delayed installation of the bulb from Apex so I am out of the 180 day warranty as well. Although I'm not sure it would be worth getting a replacement from them anyway - probably best to stick to a slightly more expensive source for higher quality bulbs! "
