Terrible customer service

"Terrible customer service and slow shipping. Ordered a tank described as hk army doom tank "neon green". First tank they sent me was the wrong tank (hex, not doom and not neon green) I told her if the doom one isn't neon green to send me the white one. After getting ahold of their customer service "Jesse" she informed me that I have to send it back in order for them to get me the tank I paid for, even though I had another order sitting at ANS  and asked her to put the correct tank in with that order and a return label, then I would ship the wrong tank back after I received it, plus I told her if I didn't send it back they could just charge me for it. I also told her I do not have a printer. She ignored my all my comments and emailed me a return label. So once again I contacted her telling her "I'm not buying a printer because of your mistake". She then informed me that she called a shipping place and had them print the label for me, alls I had to do was drop it off. I had to make a special trip to town to get this shipped back (almost 30 miles out of my way) got there and they charged me for the label. I went home and emailed her to just refund my money and I'll order from someone else (which was also ignored by jesse). So took 3 weeks to get the tank that I told them to refund and it came in the same green as the other one "

Absolutely Exemplified Professionalism in Every Aspect of the Word

"ANSgear has been my go-to since I began to paintball again in the last couple of months. Every item I have purchased has always arrived in perfect condition and all items were clearly packaged professionally. During this last purchase, there was a bit of an issue due to the shipment method, however, the customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely incredible. He was able to rectify the issue in record time and demonstrated a care for the customer that you don't always see. I will definitely remain a life-time customer of ANSgear."

Damaged product sent to me

"I was sent a mask that was going to be resold. The packaging was extremely damaged, not by the shipper, but before it left ANS's warehouse. I can't sell the item when all the packaging is tore up. I contacted their customer service and told me I had to send it back, even though I sent the pictures. I asked for a replacement and they charged me shipping! Why do I get charged when they are sending out damaged products. I supposedly have a Norton Guarantee and they did nothing as well. No guarantee, no customer service, not a good place to buy your equipment."

Total crooks!

"Sent us defective gear. Got the RMA from th assuring me we would get a full refund. They ended up charginge a restocking fee to return totally defective equipment. Having to file a complaint against them to get the rest of my money. The paintball arenas in our area all warned us to avoid them due to this practice of theirs. Save yourself a headache and buy from seine else. "

Terrible Customer Service

"Terrible customer service. They make the customer pay return shipping for faulty products they sell. Then they make you feel like its your own obscure personal preference that is the problem, not the product. Buyer beware."

I made multiple orders and never a good experience

"I placed multiple orders over the past few months only to end up with damaged gun parts, unsafe hpa tank brand new 138 bucks and both occasions I ordered paint they were broken and dimpled. Why do you wanna pay for such constant frustrations "

Best place to shop for paintball

"Truly an astonishing company, yes some things are delays due to covid which is unfortunate and i wish more people understood that. Horrible service

"Service its horrible. Make 2 orders on december 22 and 1 order on january 3. First order recieved wrong items. Second order missing 2 times which one of them where on back order and the other was discontinued, where never recieved any kind of notification of that. Third order one of the items where out of stock. Never again buying from them. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you wanna have my same experience. Good luck!!"

Horrible customer service

"I ordered a mask from this company on October 13 2019 and paid for 2 day shipping it is now the 23rd and my mask is just being sent out because they never transferred my address correctly nor did they email to let me know what was going on! I called because I couldnt find an order tracking.. They then went to tell me I couldnt get my money back for the extra shipping because they couldnt find an issue on their end.. horrible customer service will not be spending $150 here again!"
