"Ordered a window regulator and motor assembly for $43..... My card was charged for 2 regulators,one with motor and one without for a total of $93.......I called to try and explain and the first person wanted to argue that the regulator and motor came separate.... But both part numbers they charged me for said "window regulator" so I asked to speak to someone else..... The next person said they couldn't cancel the order,I would have to wait for them to arrive then get a return authorization and ship them back to get credited back to my card(even though neither one of them had shipped yet)....I said if they haven't shipped yet just take the wrong one off the order and send the correct one. They said they could do that..... The next day there was ANOTHER charge on my card for $44......so I called back and was told they had shipped the regulator.... YEAH the WRONG one!!!... I told them I needed a return authorization to send it back and was told I have to wait for it to arrive,then request it even though they KNOW they sent wrong item.....will NEVER use them again"
