"I ordered a fuel pump for my car on Sunday, 10/09/22 at around 4 pm with 2nd-day expedited shipping ($15 fee). There was no mention of an ETA at checkout or anywhere for that matter, but I needed the part by Tuesday 10/11/22 to beat a rainstorm coming on Wednesday 10/12/22 that would last until the next week and drop the temp into the 40s. The universal definition of 2nd-day shipping from my understanding is that it will be delivered within two business days. However, after I purchased my parts, my order's ETA was on Wednesday 10/12/22 by 7pm (the 3rd business day in the evening). Had I known this, I wouldn't have spent $15 on 2nd-day shipping. When trying to get in contact with customer support, their email service link returned a 403 Gateway code and their phone number just played a message telling me to email or chat with them. The first chat ended prematurely while I was typing, and the second customer service member basically told me to F-off and deal with it, refusing a shipping refund, and ended the chat prematurely out of anger. I'm never ordering from this website again, and neither should you. I hope my $15 was worth it."
