"Same thing happened to me. You get an email from them saying you have to call them to confirm your order--you call and they want that credit card code they had no place to fill in. Then they tell you that you have to buy batteries separately. I wound up paying $90.00 extra for a battery and charger I could have bought elsewhere for $15.00. They sent me the wrong color camera and told me it was more expensive than the other one. It is not. I could send this stuff back, but then I'd probably be out the money and the camera. When I called and complained, the supervisor's response was that they would give me a $40 credit if I would send back the charger. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!"
"I must agree with all the bad reviews. I found the camera I wanted at a price with All State Camera that was too good to be true. Needless, to say it wasn't true. I ordered the camera on line. The next day I had two e-mails asking to call and confirm my order. I did and was told that I hadn't provided the security code from the back of my credit card. I hadn't provided it because it wasn't asked for. They then tried to sell me batteries, etc. I told them that I had everything else because I was just replacing a camera that I had loved and broken. They didn't keep me on the phone. When I had not gotten the camera in two weeks, I called to check the status of my order; I was told it was still on back order. No one had mentioned that before. After having read all the bad reviews, I just canceled my order. I asked that a confirmation of the cancellation be sent to me. I was told I would receive it the next day. When I had not received it in several days, I called again. This time I was told I would need to call customer service which was now closed. When I called customer service, I was told that they had already sent the confirmation days ago - NOT TRUE. I asked for another one and was told that they no longer had any information on me. I asked to speak to a manager and was very rudely told I was talking to one. I mentioned the bad reputation the company had and was told that they had been in business 12 years and had only 30 bad reviews. I then let them know that I would NEVER do business with them again."
"This company just plain out sucks. I ordered a camera thinking I got a great deal. I recieved a email saying that I need to call them about my order. So I called then they said was I didnt put in the last 3 numbers on the back of the card. Ok heres the number. The man later asked if I had batteries for it, I said well it takes AAs so Im good. Well he goes on and tells me that I need these special batteries or I will void the warrenty. It will cost 40.00 ok fine. I noticed that the batteries that I ordered off of them were 80.00. On ebay the exact same batteries are for sale for 12.00. I figured that Ill just send the batteries back. I recieve the camera and they sent me the wrong camera. The camera that I ordered from them I paid 218.00 the one they sent to me was a camera that they sell for 139.00. I call them up to work out a exchange or return the batteries something. When I get a hold of them the man tells me that the reason I paid so much for the batteries was because I ordered a china camera and so he upgraded me to a american camera which the camera normaly sells for 299.00. Which is total bull! No where on the website says that there is a china camera. So I decided that Ill just return the whole thing. So the man says Ill have to pay 15% to return it. Ok how about returning just the camera and get the one that I was supposed to get. Oh thats ok but I would still have to pay to have it shipped back even tho its all state camera fault. Well I decided that they didnt even deserve any of my business and just pay the 15% and the shipping. Just to get rid of the scam artist the camera probably wasnt a good one anyway. So the never send a email for me to send it back. I call later that day and they said that to call back in the morning. After playing phone tag back and forth of them saying that they didnt recieve my fax even tho my fax machine says they recieved it. I sent it back through agian and to call back in 20 more min.Finally getting a RMA number and address to send it back. Then they only want UPS to send it back so that cost me 18.00 when I could have sent it back using USPS which does a better job and for 10.00 bucks. I expect a refund by Tuesday next week thats 7 days. Dont ever buy from these scam artist. I have never been treated this bad and I buy alot online. They do anything to detour you by keeping you on the phone for a long time and use any excuse to just give up and steal your hard earned money. Dont give up. Just dont buy from them!"

"Should have checked here before ordering...This company does not respond to emails and I have spent over 2 hours on hold trying to get a person on the phone to cancel my order. The camera I ordered was in stock when I ordered...next day received email to phone in to "verify" order...waited on hold over 10 minutes to be told that the order did not include a battery even though the Nikon user manual says that the battery and charger are included...told him i would worry about battery issue after I received camera and he said enjoy the camera...when I looked at order status following call it changed from processing to back ordered and I have been trying for two days to get acknowledgment that order is cancelled so I can reorder camera from a supplier who has it in stock."

I contacted AllStateCamera about purchasing a Nikon S6100 camera. They were cheaper than anyone. Next day got email to call and confirm the order. I did call and they asked why I had not purchased a battery for the camera. I replied that according to their website it came with a recharable battery and charger. The rep said it did not and tried to sell me a $40 dollar batery. I cancelled the order and he replied, "thanks for wasting my time!!!"
I then went back to their website and verified that I was correct and they were wrong. I was right, and I called them back, they constantly interrupted me while I was trying to explain what was on their website. The rep was rude, very antagonistic, and was clearly not in the least interested in upholding what was on their website. At one time he eluded that I was ignorant because I had not bought a camera in the past three years and if I had I would have been aware that no camera comes with battery. I asked to talk to the owner and was told he was not in and would not be until next week. I asked to leave my number and was told that I would have to call on my own they don't do callbacks.
I contacted Nikon Cameras and found that they ship all cameras with the battery unless other wise specified and this camera comes with a very good battery.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they only care about the fast buck, thank God I cancelled the order, I would hate to think of the problems I would encounter if I was to have a problem with anything bought from this company.

"AllStateCamera.com, BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not do business with these people. We were buying a camera for my grandson when we came across this site. We liked the price so we ordered it on line. A few days later I got an E-Mail to them asap and when I called they advised me the camera was sold out but would upgrade the camera to a better one. The salesman (more like scam artist) offered me an accessory package. I told him I was buying one from Amazon.Com. He offered to match the price. I said OK and waited for the camera. I had an original invoice printed off the internet when we ordered. Shipping and handling was FREE. (7 day ground) It took over two weeks to get the camera. When it arrived there was a total of $515.95 on the inclosed invoice, but nothing was itemized. It should have totaled $359.00 for the camera and $99.99 for the accessory package. The total was $515.95. After several calls and rude treatment I was told there was a charge of over $55.00 for Fed-Ex insurance and it's noted in the "privacy notice". I went back and looked the privacy notice is buried. No one would ever look there. And nowhere is there an amount given for this extra charge. Now I wonder what we really bought. Buyer Beware."

Next, email was sent to contact them at an 8.. number and confirm the order. Watch ext. 306!!!! and George/Ben and the most horrible distorted music you have ever heard when on hold.
Next, they told me they didn't have my color but I could change colors and it would be shipped immediately. Wrong. It was not and two unanswered emails and another phone call later I was told they did not have it in stock but but but they had the best prices on a,b,c and d. and I should buy one of them.
