"Bought a KN filter kit for my truck got the wrong part number,sent the part back for exchange,my expense. Company refused to exchange part,charged me $54.20 for a restocking fee and then refused to communicate with me.I am out $70.20 and no filter kit. Basically like being mugged, having your wallet lifted, and then kicked in the gut for good measure! Working with the card company on getting my money back. To say the least, will definetly not set myself up for another mugging from this outfit."

"I placed an order for 6 72552 Edelbrock nitrous nozzles and received them in a very timely manner. After waiting for 40 days from another company and cancelling the order (See Motorweb) This company was very easy and pleasent to deal with. And FREE shipping on my order. Cheapest place around too. I only assume this is because of a small overhead on warehousing, but it works for me! Thanks to the people at AJ USA.

"Bought a used truck and found it had no air filter in the box. Ordered a Volant Air Filter by using their web site. Got it in and it was the wrong item. I called them and they said the computer was showing the right air filter for my model of truck and that it was there mistake. Okay I was cool with that, accidents happen. Asked them to Fed X me the correct one. Well it wasnt in stock and would have to be ordered which would take 3-5 days. OK I was still fine. They emailed me a Fed X label to return the wrong item. I did so and shipped it back next day air, they should have received it within 1 day. Several days passed so I emailed them asking about my return and they said "We had to wait before it got back before we were going to contact you". Cmon guys I am driving around w/o an air filter!!! I finally got confirmation that they shipped (hopefully the right) air filter on 5.31.07. I guess they forgot they promised to ship it to me Fed X overnight at their expense. It still isnt here and I am still driving around without an air filter!!! I will not do business with them ever again. "

"I ordered a b&b exhaust from ajusa at $727 on 12/9/06. I was told that it would take 2-4 weeks to complete. After 5 weeks, i was notified on the site that it would ship soon. It has been 7 weeks now, and the site says the same thing. "

"I did not have a good experience with this company. I ordered a single banjo bolt and was told it would have to be ordered and would take about a week. It has been one month now and I checked the status of my order today and it says Cancelled. I was never contacted by them or told that my ordered had been cancelled. I needed the part asap, and luckily I found it at DennisKirk.com. I ordered it and recieved the part in 3 days, for a much better price."

"Since this company was not listed here yet or at least without reviews I was hesitant to buy from them.
Well I did... They do not list inventory levels on their website. But I received an email immediately after ordering my parts.
Then when my card was not charged I send an email to the company, received a polite email back from Brad. He said the part was out of stock in their main warehouse; But he would see if the Midwest location had the item in stock.
They did ! He confirmed I would have my item by the end of the week. (Ordered on a Monday).
- Good things > Free Shipping
- Multiple locations
- Good prices
- No charge until the item ships

- Bad > No way of checking inventory using the website, unless you call.

- Well it's now the 25th, ordered on the 16. I called yesterday and talked to Scott.. he confirmed the item was there and would ship out later today.. I would get a tracking number tomorrow..
