I ordered on 9-27, started asking where my order was on 10-18, they don't answer their phones, don't respond to voice mails left. They *barely* respond to email, if at all, and it is very vague, indirect, and does not answer questions or concerns from the customer. I did not get adequate responses from ADOSYSTEMS until I found the email address of the president online and emailed him with nasty emails. They claim they had a UPS shipping mix up, but would not say that until they FINALLY shipped my item out almost a month later. Bad communication, NO customer service, I was blown off time and time again. I would avoid this outfit at ALL COSTS!!!"
