"No problem them calling me back from my weekend message I left. They do not have the best technical support but sent me to a better avenue so i bought from them on price. Emails kept me in the loop and replying to emails made it very easy.
Unfortunately, I bought the wrong item and had them issue a Return.
Process took two days and happy I was credited once they got it back.

Will buy from them next week if another Panasonic job goes.

"BE CAREFULL and read their exchange policy. They make it VERY difficult and expensive if you ever order the wrong part. I had to call VIKING myself to get RMA and then had to wait days for abc conferencing to issue their own RMA. They changed me $64 restocking fees for $228 item!! Never again, Pay a bit more and buy it from Amazon"

"Worst customer service I have ever seen on line. Ordered product on 5/25 after 45 days with no response I e-mailed them. Their response was product on back-order and would ship mid to late Aug. It is now late Sept. Absolutely now response from the company to either e-mail or messages left at customer service. (never able to speak with a real person."

"These guys are a total scam. They list their prices low so Google Shopping puts them first on the list. However, they will later try to bill your credit card for hundreds more dollars for "additional shipping" charges that are not on the original invoice. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to reverse the charges because ABC doesn't answer the phone or return emails. Avoid at all costs."

"This must be a scam operation. Four of the six cameras I bought did not work (also, some of the boxes showed clear signs of having been opened before, and some of the wiring had clearly been cut open). They refused to support me, blowing me off to the manufacturer; the manufacturer informed me that these guys are not authorized to sell the equipment and refused to support it. I've been screwed of over $900."

"On 12/17 I ordered a Plantronics 38659-01. A few days later I received a Plantronics 38885-01.

On 12/21 I contacted them about this and requested that they send me a UPS label to return the wrong product.

Instead of a UPS label I received this weird response:

"showing both items are discontinued. Mfgr does not have either item."

They didn't even apologize for sending me the wrong product.

I insisted on an RMA and UPS label

A few days later they sent the RMA but no label.

I insisted on the UPS label and a few days later I got this response:

"We do not have a UPS account or shipping label. As you reviewed when you checked out, the Return Policy. We do have a full refund, plus shipping once this is received and accepted by the mfgr per below. Also, note this mfgr is giving you 14 days of what they shipped to you."

I gave up about the UPS label and shipped the product. Few days later received a refund of the value plus shipping to me, but no refund on the shipping cost to ship the product back.

So, in summary:
1. They screwed up and sent the wrong product.
2. They did not provide a UPS label for the return.
3. They did not refund the cost of return shipping for THEIR MISTAKE.

I really don't know how Companies like with this service can survive.

"ATTENTION HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS -- I live in Hawaii and I placed an order today with ABC Conferencing with FedEx Ground shipping. ABC wrote back that FedEx does not ship by FedEx Ground to Hawaii and told me I have to pay extra for 2-Day shipping. This is incorrect! FedEx *DOES* ship by FedEx Ground to Hawaii and Alaska, it just takes longer, 5-7 days. I told this to ABC and they just cancelled my order! I've placed my order from ComputerCableStore instead who is shipping my order very affordably by USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii."

"They shipped me a quantiy of 1 items, even though I purchased 5 of them, and the 1 item that did come was not even the correct color. I've sent off two e-mails to customer service with no responce back, I've called at least 20 times and cannot get a live person on the phone. I've left a couple of messages as well and no one has called me back. I'm going to go through my credit card company and see if I can get the charges returned... I would not do business with this company again."

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, Bad, Bad, Bad
If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered a Panasonic phone system from them, one base phone and 1 extra handset. I paid $10.96 shipping charges for Fed Ex delivery and they came in about a week. I carefully installed both phones, put in all my contact numbers, and charged the batteries overnight and both were working. Three days later phone 2 stopped having a dial tone and the only way it can be used for calls is by using speaker phone mode. If I use it the normal way the person I call can hear me but I cannot hear that person. The same thing happens when I receive a call. I double and triple checked all the settings and nothing helped. I emailed ABC Conferencing and told them my problem and said I wanted to return it for a refund. It took many emails back and forth because they did not want to give me a refund, they wanted me to exchange it which would mean being without both phones for two more weeks. Their solution was to return the whole system in original packaging, paying return postage, insurance AND a restocking fee (for a damaged product?) and IF they approved the return, would issue a refund minus the fees mentioned above. I am a Senior Citizen and do most of my shopping online and have used hundreds of online companies over the past ten years or so and have NEVER had any problem returning or exchanging anything. This is the first bad review I have ever written but my conscience would not let me not warn everyone NOT to do business with this company. Stay away from them!

"All I wanted was a new cymbal for my Rock Band drum kit. I placed the order on 1/20/12. It's now 2/22/12 and every attempt to contact them has gone ignored. Upon examining some of the emails I received from them (upon purchase), I stumbled across something I hadn't noticed before, and would never have ordered from them had it told me so on the site. Bare in mind, I made this purchase in January. But here's what it says:

YOUR ORDER HAS PROCESSED AND WILL SHIP FROM MFGR DUE TO LOW STOCK. PER THE MFGR., THIS ITEM IS ON B/O AND SCHEDULED TO SHIP "LAST WEEK OF MAY 2012." YOU MAY GET SHIPMENT BEFORE TRACKING EMAIL.

May? MAY? For a cymbal that I wanted in January, it's telling me I have to wait until MAY for them to finally order the friggin thing? THAT...IS...RIDICULOUS!!! And to top it off, upon discovering this information, I can't for the life of me figure out how to cancel the order, nor am able to get any kind of response.

Whether I get the produce I purchased or not, I will never be buying from these people again. I urge you to do the same.

*Update 2/27/12*

Emails I had sent just prior to posting this were actually responded to rather quickly. I don't know if it was due to the multiple emails prior or maybe the earlier ones I sent were to the wrong place. Either way, they weren't particularly going out of their way to be helpful because all they did was resend an exact duplicate of the follow up email I got when I made the purchase, but it DID include the information I had asked for (but had overlooked previously). Since I hadn't found anywhere on the site to go about cancelling my order, I simply replied to that email, expressed my dissatisfaction of the expected FIVE MONTH waiting period, and requested the order be canceled. To my shock, it did not take very long at all for them to comply with this request. So I've changed my ranking from 1 star to 2. All things considered though, I still will not likely ever shop with them again.

"STAY AWAY from abc conferncing.

check the reviews here. check the better business bureau rating (F). RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.

i purchased a product that didn't do what i thought it would do. (a telephone to help my father hear better).

but i can't return it because they have a very consumer-antagonistic return policy:

1. you cannot return any product that's been opened unless it's doa.

2. "Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled and costs for round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused, as well a 25% restock fee for all accepted returns and manufacture's [sic] $50-75 fee."
