I purchased an Xbox One game a few months ago, and the account I "purchased" has subsequently been permabanned by Microsoft for marketplace theft. Game is now inaccessible of course -but MUCH more alarming is the fraud going on here. They are obviously using stolen accounts/credit cards.
I attempted to get some answers and a refund, but they outright refused to communicate properly. All I got was "we can't refund" over and over no matter what I said. Eventually they started ignoring everything I sent their way, They don't care, they'll take your money and run.
I've now been conned out of money, and I'm sure someone else was a victim of fraud in this ordeal too. This crowd are dirty through and through.
Anyone else notice the 5 star reviews on this review site also seem alarmingly fake? Please, listen to the people giving one stars. They'd have no reason to be here unless they were victim to this company."

"If I could give less than 1 start I would. ABCDKey said they would send a product code for the game I bought but instead they sent an account and password with a second account and password. The second account was required to unlock the first account but required you to login to a Chinese mail account which I couldn't use because I don't know Chinese. Then they make you add the account to your xbox and search for the download. When I finally got to that step, the game wasn't there. This website is a scam and against Microsoft terms. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!"
