"HORRIBLE...horrible customer service!! I ordered a keyboard for my 9.7 inch iPad (5th generation) from A4C on June 21st. The description appeared to pair this keyboard with any 9.7 inch iPad and not just the Pro (as was part of the title). When I received the keyboard on June 28th I immediately noticed this was not the case. I immediately researched the return policy on the A4C.com website and was informed I could return any item purchased, for any reason, within 30 days. That day I contacted ****@**** asking about the steps to return. No response. I sent an updated email asking for a response on July 1st. It wasn't until July 3rd I received a curt response saying a "return request would be submitted on my behalf" and that I would need to ship it back to an address given. I replied back that day asking whether I would need confirmation that the request was approved, and further would the shipping be at my own cost or would a label be sent to me. To this day...NO RESPONSE!"

"Never had a transaction like this, almost unbelievable.
My wife ordered a gear fit2 watch, through amazon, from this seller. We never received, but it showed delivered. I even checked our security cameras, thinking someone stole it out of the mailbox.
Then I saw the name "a4c" and remember googling it after we got a weird package. Went to the trash and retreived a padded envelope and 2 "unipath" magazines. They were written in Arabic, which I don't speak, so I had to Google it. Evidently, it's a free publication from the defense department for soldiers. Anyway, the tracking number matched, so I figured there was some mix up.
After sending an explanation, and pictures, I was expecting them to own up to an error. They even said that it would have been in a box, so there was no way it was sent. The response I got was "they don't sell magazines" and "file a claim with the usps", etc. I guess they think we made up a story, copied their label, affixed it to an envelope, and made an elaborate scheme to defraud them out of a $70 used watch. Not sure if they have a crooked employee, if it's a scam for USPS or what. Luckily, we were covered though Amazon.
It's been a couple weeks, still no watch, still have to order (from somewhere else) and wait for it to come in. Killed a month dealing with this company. "

"I have had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 4 different transactions with this company. The products I purchased are refurbished and look brand new. I am very pleased with the customer service, the reps have been honest. I checked their opinions myself via google (what else?), and they were all polite and helpful as we changed the orders as we changed our minds. Never once did anyone say anything negative.
I work for a large airline and with the highest level customers. I do my absolute best to retain those customers, so I know what customer service should look like. These people at A4c are as good at retaining, and I will continue to use them for my electronic needs.
Shipping was fast, product securely packaged as well.

"I've ordered a "Beats refurbished Headphone" from this company and chose 2-day priority mail service because I was in hurry. However, I never received my order. It was so crazy because I wanted to give it to my friend as a Christmas gift. They didn't even apologize for their poor customer service! I can't imagine how irresponsible they are about customers! I've never had such experience before with other companies! It was my first and last time I ordered something from this company.
Please don't waste your money and time on this company!"
"I paid for a watch with my credit card and it was my big foolishness.
After couple hours I canceled my order and they refunded money.
In two weeks from the card were made 5 payments to different websites without my knowledge. In total, the amount of more than 2 thousand dollars.
To my happiness, my bank managed to block these payments. To sum up they managed to deceive me only by 9 dollars.
This happened 100 percent because this website is cheating.
It was a new credit card and in this short time, only this site has learned the information about this card.
Do not commit my mistakes. Stay away from these scams."
"A4C was promoted as a seller on Dealnews.com and I thought it would be trustworthy, but I was wrong. First of all, the communication was poor after the sale; I needed to make a change but they were unresponsive and sent out duplicate orders. It took another week to get a response and a shipping label to send the duplicate order back. At the end, I was happy with my refurbed ipad purchase because it appears to be near-new and in perfection working conditions. Fast-forward to present, the screen was accidentally cracked and I took to a local repair person to replace the screen. Upon opening the ipad, we found the previous refurb job was a so poorly done in a way that re-attaching a new screen was impossible. Stay away from buying refurbed apple products from A4C."
