"Awful experience. Ordered software for my customers and was billed on 1/20/05. On 1/21/05 received confirmation that order had been completed. About 2 weeks passed, no package. Requested update on 2/2/05 - package was never shipped, so they said they 'just shipped it' and I would receive it by 2/5/05 or 2/7/05. Time passed still no package. Was forced to buy software from another vendor. Sent email telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. On 2/12 the software decided to show up. No response yet from these guys on my request for a refund.

Update: Money was refunded a couple days later.
