did not print all of the lines and refused to replace.

"I didn't even want to give 1 star. dis not complete a line on my mail label that was accepted when order was places yet showed a lack of the line on the order. why would you have not followed up? I requested to return them and have them made right and have YET to hear back I would NEVER refer you lack of service. TERRIBLE customer service! obviously you have NO desire to maintain thwm!"

"500labels.com does not lie when they tell you that it can take a month to get your product. I ordered labels on September 24, they were queued for printing the next day. So why did they not arrive until October 25? No explanation when I contacted the company at week 3 of the wait. It took 500labels.com an entire month to ship a small package 183 miles within the state of Virginia. And when the labels showed up, the ink was uneven and some letters barely visible."
