"Purchased an item from them online. Found out the part they are selling isn't even made by the manufacturing company anymore. After 3 months of trying to contact them finally talked to Austin. He sent confirmation of order cancellation and said the refund would be issued within 7 days. Never received the refund. 2 weeks later finally managed to get him on the phone again. Said they were having trouble with their refund system so he'd mail out a check THAT DAY. it's been another couple months and no check and now they won't even return my call.
They're liars and thieves. Don't give them your money, time, or business. They'll steal your money. "
"I ordered $1600 in wheels back in July. They tranacted my money next day but they never put in the order. No invoice number, no receipt, no notification I even made the order. Gave me the run-around months on end still never sent them. Made a claim with PayPal they lied to PayPal finally PayPal had enough of these **** and refunded my money 5 months later.
