"The order was dated 12May20and today is 21May20 and still no courier. No tracking either. When I try to track my order, I get "No Tracking Available". Pony Express doesn't use bar codes? We are not amused. Don't expect my repeated loyalty to continue much longer. Although I was ordering from a Canadian Address, there was no mention of which denomination I was being charged in. That would have been helpful for my budgeting. My printer is fading fast and no ink in sight."
"One of my 2 cartridges had a severe leak during shipment. For that reason I would have given 3 stars. However, 4inkjets resent another cartridge with virtually no hassle. While it did take a week to get here, I gave an additional star for their service."

Received the XL cartridge pretty quickly--packing slip said nothing about the missing cartridge (back-order, separate shipment, nothing), nor were any charges noted. Assumed I was shorted a cartridge but was going to be charged for both. Sent an e-mail--I did get a response that the other cartridge would be shipped separately but the lack of any notification with the first package required more time spent to follow up. THIS WAS NOT A COMPLEX ORDER. Two cartridges only. All was okay in the end, but I worry about 4inkjets ability to handle something more complex, which I suspect most orders are."
