"Vendor failed to ship within the obligated two days. Shipped one week late, and then by ground, even after numerous unanswered emails requesting tracking info. Not able to leave voice messages – box was full. They finally acknowledged the mistake and wanted to “make up for it”, but wanted to renege on the contract with the referring website in order to give me the $$. Not recommended, no way, never again. Sounded sincere, but never made up for it, and then wanted to rip off the referral fee. I said no."
