"Absolutely horrible products and customer service. I purchased an item from this website not too long ago and had an issue with the payment since it appears the website froze so they took my money, but did not send an invoice or confirmation to my email. I contacted them about the issue and within the same day it was resolved.
I opted to go with shipment from the California distributor since i live in California and thought I would get it quickly, but NO it still took forever,
Once I received the product it did not work. I tried it on 3 different computers and NOTHING! Once again I contacted customer service and they did not respond, so I contacted them again and still noting. They basically refuse to give me a refund since they read their emails, yet choose not to acknowledge their faulty merchandize.
This is the worst service I have every had with an online retailer. Please do not buy their products go somewhere else.

"Ordered a m3zero from 4CoolDay. First, it took over 3 weeks to get the product. Once the item actually got there, plugged it in and it didnt work. Didnt even recognize it. Attempted it with several different PC's i have in the house. Nothing.

I sent an email to them telling them that the product didnt work and didnt receive anything back from their support. What a rip off. Think twice before you decide to use them.

Ordered a new one from Real Hot Stuff (realhotstuff.com) this Thursday. Their reviews have been excellent from what I've seen.

"Their website claimed it had over 60 of the items I ordered in stock. When I ordered mine, they did not ship it out within two weeks. They claim they have a contact policy of responding within 12 hours, but they didn't respond to either of my two E-mails asking very politely about why the order was not shipped out.

Only within the third E-mail where I threatened with a bad review did they reply quickly, and said it had not shipped out because they had to be restocked two days later.

They seem to behave very unprofessionally in this way. Why list a product that is in backorder as in stock? Why not reply to customers regarding this, if so? Would they have even shipped it out had I not nagged them? I have also heard a similar recent complaint that they were told their product was in backorder and would restock at a date in August that is around when I myself ordered, so really, if this other customer is to be believed they should have had it in stock for sure when I ordered it. I have to wonder what this company is thinking.

I finally received my product nearly by the end of the month, and one of the accessories (the USB reader) stop being recognized at all after a few inserts, without any explanation. So, not only was there a problem with shipping and communication, but I got sent a defective product. Their return policy is ridiculous as you have to pay for the pricey shipping return yourself, and they are an overseas company. I think I'd rather not and just buy a new product somewhere else, which would probably be cheaper than returning the faulty product.

4coolday's prices may look fantastic at a glance, but you're better off spending your money elsewhere where you don't have to constantly be questioning whether to trust that your product will arrive in working condition, if it will arrive at all. Check out the GBAtemp forums for other suggestions.

"Review on 4coolday.com - BUYER BEWARE

On 07/12/2010, I purchased 4 items totaling $42. After more than one month, I still have not received my products, the site operators refuse to respond to my emails, and I have no refund of my money.


The website cleary advertised in bold red letters that the item was in stock and ready to ship the next day.

However, 15 business days later, the item still did not ship.

I contact the 4coolday through their website about the status of my order, but did not receive any reply.

Only when I threatened to leave a negative review, did I get a response two days later. I was informed that my item was backordered and they offered me a cheaper product, or refund in exchange.

I informed them that their website STILL advertised the item was in stock and ready to ship the next day, and asked for my item as advertised or an UPGRADE not a DOWNGRADE due to their error.

The website was changed in the next two business days but I did not hear from them again.

I requested a refund of my money 31 Days after placing an order for my product. 72 hours later, I still have no response.

4coolday is a poor website, with poor customer service and dishonest advertising. Steer clear of their items.

Spend a few dollars more on another website and save yourself the trouble I faced.

"This is my second order of a Wii Drivekey within a week.
The first one was no problem but this one is defective. I tried to contact them to get the info for exchange/refund, it took me 2 weeks and a numerous emails to get a reply from them. All they did is give me an address in China so I can send the part without any RMA #.
I have no choice but mailed the part to that address (I have to pay for the postage). Now I don't even know that I will get any respond from them...???....I afraid that I will lose everything altogether

"well i bought a product from them because it was in a well given price but the thing that i did not like was the service , i nottifed them about a problem i had , the shipping took longer than given time they said it would come , i sent emails about when my product would come and yet it never came , it was free shipping that i ordered it but still they never game me a tracking number to begin with , its december 21 of 2009 and i never heard from them nor they havent responded back any of which i sent , man i havent recieved my product ........ "

"Ordered an iPlayer for my NDSi. At $37.80 it was a really good price, with free shipping. Ordered it 9/15, it shipped 9/16, I received it on 10/2.

No problems with the order, it arrived well-packaged though it took a little long. No tracking on the free shipping, but once it arrived I was happy.

"I wanted to buy a Dingoo because its high reputation. There was a high recommendation to buy from this site that sells both Black and White Dingoos. I decided to buy the white one and waited patiently. Within days they shipped it to the carrier and took 11 more days to arrive! That's pretty fast for a vendor located in China! I'll consider buying off this site for Dingoos and Flash Carts in the future!"
