"As far as the pricing is concerned, they are by far the lowest in the industry and prominently shows the pricing from other vendors right next to the prices. My experience with the shipping wasnt as pleasant. Ordered on 3/7 and received product on 3/20th. Cust service was helpful and responsive to let me know why the items were not delivered as promised. Will order again from this company based on pricing but my expectations to get product in promised time would be low."

"I am an old customerof 4AllVitamins and am very satisfied with their service. I do have one problem; even though my orders are over $100.00 I do not get free shipping to Canada and the shipping cost adds about $30 to the total.
This time I had to pay taxes and processing fees for my shipment which increased the cost of the product from $197 to $ 275, a substantial increase and one which really defeats the purpose of ordering on line.
Also this time the product arrived almost a month after order date - way too long!

"I've ordered a few times from 4allviamins. Their prices are great and the product has always been delivered quickly. The only issue i had with them was with my last order. One of the items i ordered was not in stock so rather then ship the items that were in stock, they held up the entire order. They would also give estimated shipping dates when they had no vitamins to ship. Once i sent an email instructing them to cancel the item that was on back-order and ship the others, I had the items in a couple of days and the out-of-stock item was removed from the invoice. I feel that they should have contacted me and told me that they didn't know when the item would be in and let me make the choice of what to do. I will buy from them again as their prices are very good and as long as you don't order an item that's on back-order you will have your vitamins quickly. Their customer service is very good as this issue was taken care of in one day with just an email."
