"I am a small business owner. I own Direct Tech Computer Services LLC in New Jersey. I recently purchased a replacement video card fan from 3Dcool.com but manufactured by Thermaltake. I have a GeForce4 Ti4600 which has a bad fan. The kit that Thermaltake offers, also includes 4 memory heat sinks; two for the front and two for the back side of the card. What they don't offer however, are installation instructions of any type, nor do they provide extra adhesive tape to use in the event you fudge the installation. It just so happens that I fudged adhesive installation with one heat sink. So I was stuck with an incomplete installation and nowhere to turn to.
I called and spoke with a rep from 3Dcool.com who was more than willing to send me additional adhesive tape in order for me to complete my installation. In fact, the tape is in the mail right now! I previously emailed Thermaltake to address the problem but have not had a response from them. So, I just want to thank 3DCool.com for coming to the rescue. Customer service and satisfaction are of obvious great importance to 3DCool.com, so I will continue to do business with them because they were good to me. I will also make sure the good word continues to echo to other folks as well.
