"I had to return both pairs of glasses, bifocal and progressive. I needed a wider lens for the bifocal. I requested a change of frame. I could not focus on the progressive because again the lens was too narrow. I don't know, but I don't think the prescription for progressive would fit on narrow lenses.

I was a little upset that the remakes show scoring on the edges where they cut them into the frames. It could be better, but you can't beat the price. I love the way they look. "

I am very pleased with the fit and style of my glasses and the price can't be beat. "I returned my original order using the RMA and shipping label provided due to the glasses being incorrect (all vision using them was blurry). Even though the tracking information showed the glasses had been delivered to a person at 39Dollar, the customer service rep consistently gave the excuse that they are shipped to the next town over and that is why they could not locate my return. Twenty plus days after returning the original glasses 39Dollar agreed to make a new pair even though they still could not locate the returned glasses. When the remade glasses arrived they were still not correct. They were supposed to be for reading and instead they are for distance - I am not going through this again, I give up!"
