The issue I have is that although the prescription is correct, I need to wear the glasses lower on my nose than is normal or comfortable for me. If I place the glasses on the bridge of my nose, the lenses are off and I can't see very well. So it seems the horizontal measurement I provided is good, but they didn't ask for vertical measurement and the 'sweet spot' of my prescription within the lense is too high."

"I have always been satisfied with 39 Dollar Glasses, their products, their warranties and their service. The only thing that keeps me from giving a full five stars is a peculiarity in their ordering system. I have prism in my eyeglass prescription. There is no way to select that prism addition in the lenses and the additional $20 per pair that pays for the prism feature. I had to call up the company and have them add this separately, and pay for it separately. This is awkward. C'mon, guys!"
