"Before buying on line, I always read the reviews and they are a company that is there for the buyer. I bought a heavy duty paper punch - a punch that will punch up to 300 pieces at one time. I put my order in on a Monday and belive it or not, it was delivered to door the very next day!! I did some comparison shopping starting with our own supply vendor, they could not beat the price - even with the shipping fees. I will definitely buy from 365officesupplies.com again. "

"I ordered 200 CD/DVD mailers. I work out of my home so I had them shipped to my home. I was emailed that 365officesupplies.com ships multiply items to business addresses only. I emailed back about how these are packaged in boxes of 25 each. They wrote me back that they would make an exception this time. The price was great and I'd like to buy more from them. However, I don't need this hassle over shipping multiply items to my home office."

"WOW! I was incredibly impressed with the fast service when the order arrived the very next day. I would definitely use 365 office supplies again. My only complaint might be that I wanted one blue items and five red ones but the red was not offered. I purchased six blue binders and will make it work out for my purpose."

"I ordered and then was shocked to see the shipping for the one item I ordered was as much as the item itself. I had seen other sites that charged a few dollars more but their shipping was free. I have yet to receive the product nor have I heard back to find out if they cancelled my order, as I requested. I have yet to hear anything from as of yet. I would appreciate it if someone would shoot me an email and let me know if my order is on its way and if not, so I can order somewhere with a cheaper shipping price.

In Response to your coment!

I have not received one email. As you stated you have responded to five, and yet I have only sent three, last one this morning. If I put my email in wrong then why have I gotten every email survey regaurding this? I asked to have it cancelled yes, and never recieved an answer. You have my order status as pending in my account. Which by the way has my correct email address in it. So exactly where was I to know that the order was cancelled? As well you did not ship an item to me but the question asked about the process and to me the process is poor. You have outrageous shipping costs and that to me is the begining proccess of shipping. You stated I have my facts wrong, but it seems to me that you do. I have a correct email address in my account, I did not send five emails, I sent three, I never said I had a package shipped (comment on the cost which is in parenthesis in the survey, which did pertain to my situation) so make your survey more clear, and not only did you not try to fix the situation by approaching me as if you cared about my business you decided to call my comment bizarre and felt you had to defend your company by making me seem like a crazy customer. Your company should look at the way you speak to customers like me and think a little harder about your position with them. Customer Care isn't about calling customer's comments bizzare. Especially when all I was asking was if my order had been properly cancelled. You tried to make me seem like a crazy person, like I emailed you 25 x's. Amazing! This could have been a new customer that orders regularly, not after the way you treated my sale, and not after your accusational comment. Worst Customer Service I have ever seen!!!!
