"I have ordered the top cover for my laptop. It was carefully packed and the case was not damaged, but the top cover that was inside was completely destroyed. It was bursed and the hinges have been sheared off together with the plastic pieces in which the screws were to be placed (new screws had no chance to be placed there; a rest of one screw was even inside the rest of the plastic thread), and the teared parts were missing. The cover was therefore completely useless (and even much more damaged than the top I needed to replace).
I understand that the product was not new, but I had expected that it would be functional and that it would correspond to the offer at the web page, not being completely destroyed - a "wreckage" of zero value.
I wrote to the shop with the complaint several times but got no answer.
I was therefore very disappointed for misspend money and time, and I am glad for this opportunity to warn other customers."
