"Extremely disappointed. Began in late September sending in XBOX360 Slim 256GB. Informed in late October can't repair system after being told it was "shippin out on Friday" on two previous calls. Offered a rebuilt system. Accepted and credit card was billed immediately early November. Again, nothing received after more calls. Finally began requesting system and credit back in December. After three calls of complaining and and trying to get a refund, Operator Kelly got the job done. Old system was shipped out that night and I got a credit back for the 'upgrade' that never came arrived one week later and I was out $20 for return shipping of old system."

"I received notice that they received my xbox. Wonderful and timely. I received notice of how much the repair will cost. After sending my payment. Nothing, no news except for this survey. Why send a survey with nothing to show for the equipment. Have not received the xbox yet. No notification it is fixed or on the way back. Dissappointing. My son is begging me everyday for news. "I believe they need all around training I was getting different answers all the time it was very frustrating, I sent a hard drive only with an error 68 at the end afte paying 30 dollars to diagnose they said with that code nothing can be done then just have me purchase anew hard drive. I think their shipping is outrageous. Until I finally talked with someone who knew something infect like I was in a merry go round withnno way off"

"THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING NEARLY TWO MONTHS FOR A REFUND OF $79.99. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR THEM TO RETURN THE UNIT THEY COULD NOT FIX. NOW TWO MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THEY EXCUSES HAVE BEEN: IT WAS ISSED ON 10/7, IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE, THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS WORKING ON IT, OUR PHONE LINES ARE DOWN, WE CANNOT ISSUE A PAPER CHECK, ETC. ETC. THEY ARE NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH. I HAVE ATTEMPTED PHONE CALLS, E-MAILS AND STILL NO REFUND...TWO MONTHS."

"I STRONGLY recommend not using this company to repair your gaming console. It took about two months to get the un-repairable system returned. I have filed a complaint with the BBB since I keep getting told the refund check is in the mail. It has been three and a half months and still no refund. They didn't respond to the BBB complaint either. They do not care about customer service and you will have nothing but a constant battle with this company."

"If I could rate zero stars, I would. They had my xbox 360 for over a month to fix my red ring of death overheating issue. What was supposed to be a $79.99 repair with free shipping turned into much more with their outlandish return shipping costs. After having it for two weeks they finally sent me an email saying they could not repair my xbox. It took three weeks for them to ship it back after that. They refunded my 80 bucks, but not the rest. When my xbox arrived, it looks like a truck ran over it. The face plate is gone and the other components do not even fit together properly. Who knows what else is missing? This company is a total scam. Don't waste your money or your time. Microsoft will fix your xbox for under $100."

"If you're looking at reviews and thinking of whether you should trust these guys then you're already a step ahead. If you've already been screwed and looking for confirmation that you've been duped then I'm sorry. I sent my PS3 to these guys and it took about 5 weeks the first time to get it back and they didn't even fix it. Then it took about 3.5 weeks the second time and still not fixed. Even though both times, they said they tested it. They wanted it back a third time but I was smart enough to know I only had 60 or 90 days to dispute the charges on my credit card. And it should never take 2 weeks of repair for a unit once it is placed on the repair bench. At most it takes one day to repair and one day to test plus 2 or 3 days if parts are out of stock.


I think they make most of their money on the people that fail to remember that a RESET of the PS3 console (holding down the power button until a second beep) will fix most of the "broken" consoles. However, my HDMI ports were really broken and no reset was going to fix that. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card because they failed to give me a refund even after they said they would and the second inquiry said that they would have a manager call. If you go with these guys you're asking for a headache. I also found out that it was $20 CHEAPER just to send it back to SONY. And these 360PROs/Esales are not authorized repair company. I thought about sending these guys a box full of rattlesnakes in place of a broken PS3 because they are scam artists and need to get dealt with.

"service was great. had no problem printing out shipping label. after mailing out the package, I got notifid that they recieved it. They notifid me after it was repaired that they send it to UPS to be mailed back.
Very pleased with the service.I do have a 2nd XBOX that does need repair. So next month, hopefully I will be able to send this one,and get it fixed too.
Definitely refer to friends and family.

"Not only did the whole process take about 3 weeks, but the repairs left my Xbox 360 with more issues than it had when I sent it to them. The orignal problem was the drive door opening and closing randomly. What I got back was a console that won't allow me to save my games, connect to my profile, or connect to Xbox Live at all. I can only assume the part was lost at the shop. Also, when a screen loads up, it loads in layers, goes black, then the entire screen pops up. Not a good sign! I spent $100 to turn a $400 console into a practically worthless piece of plastic. When trying to respond to their "How did we do?" site, it refused to accept my order number so I couldn't leave feedback!!"
