"I ordered black lug nuts for my Toyota Avalon via the Toyota app. The app clearly shows that they are sold in packs of 6. My wheels each have 5 lug nuts (20 total) and I already purchased and installed locking lug nuts (4 total) on all four wheels, so I only needed 16 black lug nuts (20-4). I ordered 3 packs of 6 and expected to receive 18 black lug nuts, however, 355 Toyota shipped me 3 individual black lug nuts. I called and spoke to a man in the parts department who argued that my order was filled correctly. I asked to speak to a manager because the lug nuts are advertised as 6 to a pack and it is false advertising to sell them individually when I paid the 6-pack price. He said the manager's name is Alberto and that he was not available right then, but he took my name and number (and already had my order number) and said he would have Alberto call me. That was Wednesday, March 27th (same day my order was received incorrect). Today is Monday, April 1 and I have yet to hear from Alberto or anyone at all from this dealership about rectifying my order. I don't know if they are jerking me around because I am a woman, or what the deal is with this dealership, but I will not stop until someone makes this right because I paid nearly $70 and only received 3 lug nuts."
