"I've ordered from 3000toys a few times and have never had any problems. When I've had questions it is nice to be able to call and talk to a real person that actually knows about the products. They have way more than 3000 toys and have been doing this longer than anybody I think."

"3000toys.com is very high in their prices. They advertise price guarntee, but only if they temselves lower their price. I called customer support with a request they try and match another .com price. Not only did they refuse, they sorta laughed when I said I would ship the product back. I made and offer that they refund the difference. $20.00 in store credit. They were and are not interested in keeping customers. I was a new customer! I will no longer be one of their customers..... Shame on you, 3000Toys! You have not heard the last of me......."
