"These clowns forgot my order after not having a pair of pants in stock out of the 6 pairs I ordered. I gave them 2 different options and then heard nothing back from them for a week. After considerable amounts of emails. They apologized and supposedly refunded the missing pair and shipped the other 5 "Priority mail" that didn't come for another week, so 2 weeks before I actually received my jeans. They also said they would give me a credit of $30 and refund the $35 cost of the missing pair that was already debited. Instead I get an email that says the credit to my account was $30 and that was it. So I showed them the emails and then they refund me $30 but the cost of the pair was $35. So after more emails they credit me the $5 and but no more $30 credit to my account. Which is fine because I would never spend another penny even if it's their money. So much hoopla over a pair of jeans. In the meantime, I ordered Levi's and they shipped me overnight for free. Stay far away. "
