"This is my first time ordering flowers online ever. I usually Just buy it through a flower shop or the grocery store. But last 5/18/18 it was a busy day, just came back from vacation and I had to head down to my brothers wedding in an hour and my best friends 40th bday is the next day. Since people order flowers online why not give it a try it willl save me a trip to go the flower shop. So I went online and I initially typed in 1800 flowers but the website redirected me to 1stopflorist , I didn’t even looked at the website I just click on it since I I was rushing that day to go to a wedding in 30 mins . I ordered it online Friday at 2 pm and I got a confirmation that it will be deliver to her house the next day guaranteed . I stayed at my girlfriends house that night who’s turning 40 the next day I was hoping to surprise her while we’re at here house on Saturday morning that she would received the flowers on Saturday. We stayed in all day at her house no flowers came and I tracked my order online around 3 pm it says it is enroute but it doesn’t provide where exactly location of the driver, I said to myself damn its been 24 hrs and nothing came . They had an option To chat with an agent online for customer service. Spoke to an agent told the agent it’s been 25 hrs and the flowers never came if she could track it , all she said that she doesn’t have the exact location where the flowers at since their driver is out on delivery all day but she guaranteed that it should be delivered by 7 pm the latest today. I waited and waited 730 pm came nothing came at all. So I decided to just take my friend out to dinner . And at 8 Pm I came to track my order online since we went out that night. I got a confirmation saying it was hand delivered to my friends house but no time given . So we came home around 1030 pm. I asked her father in law if who was home the whole time of someone came to deliver some flowers tonight while we were gone and he said no, no one came for any delivery, so I told my friends husband to check the surveillance camera if anyone dropped off some flowers between 7 -10 pm since he knew that I ordered flowers for his wife . We checked the camera and we didn’t see anyone dropping it off. I was a really **** and disappointed since it was my 1st time ordering it online and it was a total fail. Since customer service is closed already that night I said I’ll wait the next day to make a complain. I showed the bday girl and the family the confirmation I received that it was delivered to her house . Chatted with Matt the agent the next day told him what happen and he did say he will try to reach the florist and he will get back to me . I waited Monday no email or any call. On Tuesday I went online again and spoke with Dana told her what happened she apologized told her we check surveillance and nothing was delivered . I guess they tired reaching out to the florist/designer but they never got any respond . So Dana started processing the refund . I’m still waiting for the Refund . But I will never use this website again. It was just too inconvenient and too much hassle . I could have just went to the grocery store got her a bouquet of flowers . So that was my experienced with 1stopflorist . "
"This company took my money and never delivered the flowers to my wife on our anniversary, which I was guaranteed would happen by 5pm that day. Then they said it would for sure be there the day after our anniversary by 5pm. Again they lied and it never happened. I talked to at least 5 people that said they took care of it and would get them delivered to my wife’s job, but they never got delivered. When I called after 5pm the second day they acted like it was no big deal and never even apologized. I was so embarrassed, my anniversary present seemingly a joke, and they took my money. Please don’t let them ruin that special occasion for you by ordering from them.

"A dear friend of mine lost her father earlier today. I ordered same-day delivery flowers at 9am this morning and by 7pm they still hadn’t been delivered.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This company is an absolute JOKE. Don’t waste your money or time with these fools. "
"I Placed a $128 order on 2/12/18 and included the recipient's address.The recipient's address changed.
So I called 1stop Florist on 2/13/18 at about 6p to update the delivery address. 1stop Florist assured me that they would deliver to the new address. On 2/14/18 I get a call at about 3p while I was in a meeting and could not answer. They left no message.
After my meeting I call the number back and it turned out to be the delivery person. She attempted to deliver to the original address and stated that she was not informed of the new delivery address. She offered to attempt delivery on the 2/15/18.
I should have researched this company before ordering.Had I known of all these unsatisfied customers, I would have never used them!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

"They promised a delivery on Valentine’s Day and never showed up. I even went on live chat earlier in the day and they promised they would and never showed up. I ordered 48 hours in advance. They are liars and thief’s. Never use them. "
"I had the same experience as others. My order was accepted and just prior to the requested delivery time I received a call that they could not find a local florist to fulfill the order. If you can't fulfill the order, you really should not take it. "
"Instead of ordering with my normal Mother's Day Florist this year I decided to go with 1 Stop Florists because I liked their bouquet better-even though it was a little more expensive. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered several days in advance but the day they were supposed to deliver the bouquet they emailed me that they couldn't fulfill the order that day. I responded within 5 minutes to please fulfill the order the next day as it was a Mother's Day Gift. I got no response and the flowers were never delivered. I just got an email today from them with a credit saying under notes that the customer never responded which is not true. If I had just ordered with 1.800.Flowers my mother would have gotten her Mother's Day Flowers...."

"1 Stop Florists advertises in all states and looks as if they are local. They are not local! They are located in Washington state and if you order from a different time zone chances are you wont get your flowers delivered on time because they obviously have no knowledge that there are different time zones throughout the country. I ordered flowers for my Wife on our 38th anniversary to be delivered to her office. I ordered the flowers at 7:15 am and paid extra to insure they would be delivered early. My wife didn't get to see the flowers until the day after our anniversary! The flowers were nice as they were assembled by a local florist. I called the company in Washington state and the woman I spoke with didn't seem to care since she already had my money. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FLOWERS, ALWAYS USE A LOCAL FLORIST. 1stopflorists.com sent a link to write a review and I did, but if you go to their site they don't offer any place to see reviews, BEWARE!!!"
