"I am looking for people who have had problems with this company to file a lawsuit against them for fraudulent business practices. I files with the BBB but they could not help me and had allot of other open pending cases with this company.

My experience... I purchased memory and motherboard from the. Motherboard was bad and they sent the wrong memory stick. Contacted them and they gave me BS in their own words "we don't make mistakes, this has never happened to us before". After a lot of hassle trying to get someone to be honest and straight with me and speaking directly with someone, I was told was the company owner, they agreed to RMA the memory and fix the problem. I was so upset with how this was going I ended up taking care of the motherboard problem on my own. I sent the memory back return receipt, registered mail so I have proof that they got it and someone signed for it. After a major hassle trying to get in touch with them because I had not received a replacement, I found from BBB that they had gone out of business. I still feel they own me and all the other people who they have more than likely also screwed along the way. If you have had problems with them and feel they owe you please e-mail Nicole at ****@****. I am trying to gather up enough people to file a big complaint with the California state attorney office.

"I ordered a whole slew of parts from 1st Class Technology. The mother board is bad and the RAM is bad. I try to call them up to get it sent back and I cannot get a hold of a single person. I left messeges in every department and still I get no responses even to my emails. It has been over a month now, and they have not tried to contact me in the slightest so that I can send this motherboard and RAM back. They suck."

"These guys are the worst company you could possibly deal with. I ordered a motherboard in February and only received it 2 weeks later. After opening it and finding out that it doesn't work properly I send it out. I find out i only have 2 and half weeks to send it back. Sent back - they received it on Friday morning but told me were only able to open it on Monday. They did basic testing and told me it was all fine (but they never read the description I sent them that it wouldn't work). They were ready to send it back to me just like that but Mike L. did testing again and found out I was right. When he finished testing he told me it was Wednesday and they only send it back to the company on Tuesdays - that meant I had to wait another whole week. Then after waiting 2 weeks that board was supposedly at the manufacturer, I called back and they said it was out of their hands. Total time I waited was 2months+. Horrible service. Then I opened the package they sent back to me and guess what...it's the same EXACT board with the same EXACT problem!!! They did absolutely nothing!!! They must have spent 2 months just playing with it. NEVER buy from these guys!!! They have weak and incapable tech support and horrible wait times. I regret buying from them. "I'm a computer tech and engineering student. I assemble and repair PC's to help finish off my tuition cost, so the opportunity to make purchases for myself doesn't happen often. I found a decent price on a motherboard from 1st Class Tech so I decided to purchase it. I order components online on a weekly basis, but let me tell you, I will never shop at 1st Class Tech again. Unless you are a fan of waiting around several days before your order even gets filed, receiving your order days after it's scheduled delivery, and receiving the package via ground shipping - only to find out the cardboard box it was shipped in has been opened!!!! - and lastly finding that the motherboard has a short that prevents it from powering up, then I would behoove you to consider another online retailer. I say this now, because as anyone else that may have had a problem with a product from this company - getting an RMA from these people is a LONG, HARD fought battle."
