"I ordered chips for two different computers. None of the chips worked. I tried to make sure that the chips were the correct ones but all identifying information had been removed except for the sticker for 1st choice memory. Since I could not verify these chips, it became apparent that 1st choice has lowered it's standards to sell junk. I have had good results in the past but I will order my part from other sources from now on."

There needs to be a better explanation that's more understanding about what type of RAM you're purchasing. Because the ram i bought should have worked just fine in my machine but it doesn't so i'm stuck with 4 piece of junk plastic sticks with memory modules soldered onto them... Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere for guaranteed to work RAM for an affordable price. The ones guaranteed from your website were like 5x the price of the basic sticks (which should work fine, their stats were no different than places like newegg.com who had guaranteed to work RAM. I would GLADLY exchange these sticks back for guaranteed to work RAM for my system if possible.."

"Memory was DDR PC 2700 333 unbuffered non-ecc and even though The PC uses this memory it would not work in this machine. Their product number shows this memory only works on three motherboards but not the asus I have. It did not state this when the memory was ordered but showed up when the number on the memory stick was checked on their site after the memory was received.
