"quite often, with this company it takes much longer for them to ship when i order something. often i have to email to remind them, and am assured that the order was just recently shipped. whether they did or not, it still arrives weeks later than they first promised. sometimes it arrives on time, but the orders have shipped much later 3 or 4 times that i have ordered from them. i am usually satisfied with the quality, but i have learned to not plan on the products for gifts if i have a tight deadline for them! some bargains available from them for sure!"
