"I too ordered and paid for items from this company. Just like the others, I have not received my order, do not get responses back from them, and do not have a refund. Based on this site and a the BBB (over 77 complaints), this company should not be doing business in my state of Tennessee. They offer nothing but a Big Fat Scam. I have reported them to BBB and US postal service since their practice is printing a Shipping Label with no intention of shipping your order. To me, that is mail fraud. I also plan on turning them into the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Department to attempt to get money back to Customers. I now believe this is an intended scam and Tennessee should not allow it."
"I ordered a part for my Rigid MS-UV, model AC9946. I received the wrong part. I called them the week of May 10th and had to leave a voice mail. I did so and have not received a call back. I then emailed them on May 16th and have not received a reply. Do not order from them!"
"They show availability for parts, they charge you with order on CC, and send tracking number. When I inquire three weeks later after it was "shipped" whats delivery they say it was never shipped because its backordered on manufacturer. The items are still shown as in stock on website today although they confirmed it will be months before they get them if ever."

"After 10 efforts to communicate including 3 emails to which they didn't respond, I have to tell any potential buyers to AVOID THIS COMPANY. Not once did I get a real person on the phone to answer my inquiry.
Ordered on Sept. 4th, 2019 and today is 16 days later.
Only once did Roger respond to my nasty email, but he didn't have a clue as to what the status of my order was. He told me that they would check and get back to me. Four (4) days later and IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I asked for the Gen. MGR. to contact me - NEVER HAPPENED!!!
Now I'm trying to get my money back through MasterCard via a dispute mechanism.
Do yourself a favor and order through E-REPLACEMENT PARTS!

"Took me a few days to get a hold of them but once I did I got my parts fast. I ordered my compressor parts on a Wednesday and received them on Saturday, less than a week after I ordered. Would do business again if needed."

The part was just as I ordered so no issues."
"I just ordered a few weeks ago from Canada and got it two weeks later. Sure, there was no confirmation other than Paypal's, but I got prompt replies to my e-mails assuring me the order was being processed and shipped. Totally satisfied. Less than half the cost of what it would have cost me up here in Canada. YMMV, but I recommend them if only for the reasonable prices."
