Excellent customer service

"Always been happy with this company but recently my prescription changed and I had quite a bit of daily’s left. They exchanged them with no problems. I felt with Corey through email and it was a easy and speedy! What amazing customer service and this was Sunday and I already received my contacts yesterday."

"Unfortunately I am a First Time, Last Time customer.. I experienced slow service, a Rep who can't count to 10 and a request for a supervisor that I am still waiting on.. Good Grief.. Poor customer service, but I did finally get my contacts.. Just because your the biggest company, doesn't mean your the best. "

"I ordered my contacts the 29th they said i would have them by the 5th on the 6th still didnt have them i called and said there was a delay i called back the 7th because i still didnt recieve them the woman said on the phone looks like they got lost because they stopped tracking them a week ago i said you need to overnight ship a new order to me she said ok just let me look and see what address we have she came back on the phone and changed her whole story after talking to kyle the mamager who by the way is useless and said the contacts would be there on monday by mail after she just told me they were lost.sounds to me he told her to change her story to me because he didnt want to pay overnight shipping to send out more getting a hold of his boss now.

Worst I’ve ever experienced

"Ordered for the first time last week. Order came a day early. Only problem is the contacts were the wrong script. Called them on Friday and was assured the correct lenses would ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Checked back Monday evening only to find the order hadn’t been processed. Nice lady on the phone said they would now be delivered on Thursday. What a bunch of BS! Don’t waste your time nor money. Go anywhere else."

I can not believe how easy and helpful they are!

"Amazing customer service! I got my free exam and prescription and new contacts will be here tomorrow! I will definitely be sticking with them in the future and will be fine paying the usuall 40.00 online exam. Still cheaper than what any eye care place will charge! Not to mention they have an easy to use app and when you call them there is nothing automated about it!!! An actuall person answers and speaks with you. What company still does that?!?! Just amazed by the service this far! Even if they aren't as cheap as other companies as far as ordering the actuall contacts you can at least say you get what you pay for. And what you get is good service! Something unheard of now days! "

Very Impressed with 1-800 Contacts!

"This was the first time I have ordered from 1-800 Contacts and I couldn't be happier! I ordered my contacts on Thursday evening and chose the free shipping. I was very happy that my contacts were delivered that following Tuesday! I will definitely order from them again! :)"

Dont use this it Gave me aids took 100$ out of account no contacts

"Honestly, **** this stupid ****. You are a nicompoop if you use this horrible app. I ordered two boxes of biofinity lenses and they took 100$ out and my order is on hold and there's no way to get it going again. I called customer support and they were very friendly, but even they didn't know what was going on so I just asked for my money back. Now I have to wait 3-10 **** DAYS for my money that I worked for while they hold my funds because their **** app and **** service didn't work DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go to your eye doctor and just order contacts through them don't be a little **** like me and try getting contacts through these absolute shaquads."

DON'T USE THEM! They charge your credit card without your consent!

This is the worst place I've ever done business with in my entire life.

Every time I order contacts with them, it's a fiasco. After the most recent order I placed, they send me TWO additional orders without my consent, which means unauthorized payments came out of my debit card. I called my bank to re-issue a new debit card so 1-800-Contacts couldn't charge my card anymore without my permission!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Fast, efficient service!

"I called 1-800 Contacts yesterday and I have my contacts today right at my doorstep. No driving to a retail store. Didn't have to walk to the mailbox.
Very affordable and competitively priced. I called in to order rather than order online because I was trying to find a specific brand which some other retailers no longer carried. The call center representative was very personable, professional and prompt in ensuring the details of my order were followed. They even contacted my optometrist because the brand and type of lens my optometrist had indicated on my contact lens script was no longer being manufactured. The brand remained the same. The doctor updated the new name of the lens. Good catch! Very impressed and will order again in the future.

When they say "SIT BACK. RELAX. WE GOT THIS." they're talking about your money...

"I normally order my contact lenses from my optometrist but it would take them 3 days to get the order in, so I chose to go with 1800 CONTACTS. They seem to pride themselves on getting you contacts quickly when you are down to your last pair. No really, it's literally there schtick on their website. WHAT. A. JOKE. I ordered my contacts on a Saturday with the shipping option of Next Day. Now I'm not an idiot, no way was I expecting a Sunday delivery. I was however expecting my contacts to be delivered the following business day. Not unreasonable, right? 1800 CONTACTS apparently disagrees. Now I know how the saying goes about assuming things, but hold on for just a second. So my order was placed early Saturday morning and I received the customary email you get when you place an order. Ok, great. Then about an hour later I received another email stating my order had shipped! Apparently to 1800 CONTACTS thinks shipping something is the same as creating a label and not actually SENDING the package ANYWHERE. Now I spoke with an almost too polite rep that informed me that orders are only shipped on business days. Would be nice to have a disclaimer on the website stating this. Just saying. Or even better DON'T MAKE IT AN OPTION IF IT IS NOT ACTUALLY EVEN POSSIBLE. But why should they miss out on the opportunity take someone's money, that would be ridiculous! Way to kick a dog when it's down; a dog with tired, blurry, red eyes that is...Well I guess we'll see tomorrow how this farce plays out. I was assured by the rep that I would receive my contacts tomorrow and that he was going to refund my $19.99 Next Day shipping fee since it's literally two days later (and it will only take 3 to10 days to get it, yippee!). I guess they expect me to be grateful that they are giving me the money back for a service I didn't even receive. I'll update you guys tomorrow, Because I'm pretty sure I'll have a few choice words for 1800 CONTACTS because it's almost 5pm and UPS still says it's waiting for the package! But they've got that label handled. It's been printed and everything! Way to go 1800 CONTACTS! "

SO UNDERSTANDING AND WILLING TO HELP!!!

"I had an issue with my eye doctor sending in my prescription and when I contacted 1800 contacts about it, they helped me through the process and were so kind and helpful the whole time!! They even gave me free expedited shipping for my trouble! My package arrived the very next day after I talked to them. 10/10 would use this service again."

Incredible

"I would give 1-800 Contacts 10 stars right now if I could. My other unnamed online provider (lens.com, haha) told me twice that they would ship my contacts for a two day delivery and did not, then told me when I called, that they did not have them.

So I came back to 1-800 Contacts. When I called 1-800 Contacts, my call was answered in two rings by a helpful friendly person. I was very pleased to hear that they have computers that operate like they are in the 21st Century and they actually still had my data in their system, even though I had not ordered from them in more than 15 years! 1-800 Contacts had my lenses in stock and the helpful representative gave me the email address and text# so I could take a snapshot of my prescription and send it for validation. So happy because I have to have my lenses next day. Literally, within one hour from the time I initially called them, my contact lenses were order fulfilled and shipped, on the way to my doorstep next day delivery. These guys are getting it right and stand behind their product and service. I am planning to be a repeat customer with 1-800 Contacts now for a long time to come. Thanks to the management of this organization for doing business well.

Defective hitch and customer service doesn't listen

"With the better available shipping options like USPS Priority Regional Rate (2-3 Days to anywhere in continental US) why they use clunky DHL I don't understand. 7 Day delivery time and one box of contacts. Could have shipped with USPS Priority Regional Rate for about 5 bucks and I'd have them in 2 days.

Next order I will shop around for better shipping. Contacts are contacts. How quickly and how cheaply you get a commodity item like contacts to me is what separates one company from the other.
