I was tempted to give them 5 stars but I had received an email saying that the second part of my order was cancelled so I ordered from another company and then got a second email saying that the order would arrive the next day. Once I had removed the culprit, I discovered that the light had not been properly installed, since to guarantee waterproofing it required an extra cover that hadn't been installed by the original "professional." I ordered the sconce and the cover online, after calling (as the online ad suggests) to get the best deal and being rewarded with a "coupon."
