Great products but make sure your returns are free before purchasing.

"I ordered some beautiful lamps that came quickly but did not fit my space. I tried to return them and got sticker shock at the return price. Even though the site said no hassle reviews, that was wrong and misleading. After speaking to a couple people, I finally found someone helpful who helped me get these products returned in a free no hassle way. Thanks to them!!!! "

Replacement item obtained easily

"Basically FEDEX lost our item. Wasn't delivered after 3 weeks. Contacted 1stoplighting and they shipped out a replacement item the next day with no charge. I received the replacement 2 days later. I guess only FEDEX knows where the original ended up."

Delivered when and what they promised!

"I saw some mixed reviews. However, I saw most people had great experiences. I took a chance and 1Stoplighting out performed my expectations. Great price! Delivered within just 3 or 4 days when I ordered it!. It now hangs in my house and I love it! I will buy from them again. "

Excellent experience

"I was SO hesitant to order after reading the earlier reviews. But the price was so good, I was nervous but took the risk! My order was processed and shipped that day! I received my items less than a week after placing my order even though FedEx was backed up and delayed. They were packaged perfectly and my big beautiful lamps were perfectly in tact! I wonder if initially the company was struggling to get their bearings and then after feedback made positive changes because my experience was wonderful and it seems like recent reviews are better! Take a chance on them. I promise I don’t work for nor was I paid by the company, I just felt so bad for them with the negative reviews, I wanted to share my positive experience. "

Dishonest Company

"The light we bought was nothing like the image shown on the website so we decided to return it. They never sent us a return label like they said they would so we paid for our own and sent it to the return address that was on the email that they sent us. They received the package (according to the tracking number) and never sent us our refund. One month later they finally send us the return label but we already returned the merchandise. Two months later and still no refund. This is the first time after ordering hundreds of items online from other businesses that I've been defrauded of my money. A cunning dishonest company."

Excellent customer service

"The fixture I ordered had a defect. I contacted Customer Service by phone and was treated royally. A replacement was sent immediately, arrived in 2 days and is perfect. The agent on the phone that handled the details couldn't have been more understanding, helpful and efficient.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!

"This is the MOST horrific company to deal with ever!!!! I ordered 4 outdoor globe post lights of which they sent the wrong bases for (different color, wrong size) . Trying to get them to rectify the problem was so horrible I just then asked to send the ENTIRE whole order back. I then get 4 emails of return labels, assuming they are all going back to who I ordered from, 1stoplighting, I printed out the first email of labels and went off to FedEx to make my return. At FedEx come to find that one of the 5 labels (of like 10 they sent me) was a duplicate numbered label so had to take one of the boxes back home to figure it all out. In the end thank goodness that happened. I now realized that they sent me a mish mosh of labels to be delivered back to “2” different companies, none being them..1 stop lighting.
So, had to. run back to FedEx to hijack my boxes to relabel, nightmare.

This company has the WORST customer support! I spent HOURS on the phone, between being put on hold (cause agents aren’t knowledgeable) and being disconnected.
BUYER BEWARE, spend the extra dime to save your time…..and aggravation!
