DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

"I would have rated 0 if I could.
worst delivery services ever. be aware you won’t get your money back if they screw up.
3 months ago I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a friend, paid extra charges to be delivered on a specific day but didn’t happen. 1800flowers.ca called me on the day of the delivery, after delivery time passed, with an excuse that they can’t deliver so I cancelled the order right away and requested a refund. also haven’t received my refund since then.
Called multiple times and emailed and received the same answer: my refund will be processed in 7 days, which was always a lie, no refund was processed so far. They are not only lairs but thieves too because they deliberately stole my money.
Better order from a local florist on the phone and they will be more professional then 1800flowers.ca.
I highly NOT recommended

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.I purchased flowers yesterday morning to be delivered today prior to 12:00 - even paid extra for it. It was for my uncle's funeral that I could not attend. The wake was from 1:00-3:00. Flowers were delivered at 4:20 today to absolutely no one since wake had been over for almost an hour and a half. I complained and wanted a refund because the flowers were now useless as my uncle is being cremated. 1-800-Flowers would only refund me the $4.99 I paid for the early delivery. Not the cost of the useless flowers since my aunt and cousin did not receive them nor were they displayed at the wake. I will be disputing this on my credit card. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed that my flowers were not present at his wake!"

this was the worse experience that I have ever had for a flower delivery.

"I ordered a mother's day gift for my mother and it was suppose to be delivered on May 9th the day before Mother's day. I received a delivery notice that it was delivered so I called my mom. She did not receive it and after viewing security cameras nobody ever came up the drive way. I tried calling at about 1PM on the 9th and was on hold for almost 2 hours before asking them to call me back, which you aren't suppose to lose your place in line. I finally got a call back on May 10th at 7AM in the morning. Final result was I received a full refund or should I say should be receiving it but had to demand for it. They wanted to bargain with me on how much to refund. They already spoiled the day for my mom and myself and want to bargain. "

Delivered dead flowers on wrong day

"Charged me extra for a Saturday delivery then I got notice from courier that delivery would be Friday. I contacted 1800flowers.ca and they said "oh, yah, we don't deliver on Saturdays in that city." Took me five emails to get them to refund the shipping cost.

THEN, a neighbour watched for the delivery (on Friday) and took it in as soon as it arrived. They delivered DEAD flowers (literally look like they've been dead for a month in a dark room, with the bow thrown on top). Took FOUR MORE EMAILS to get a refund (they started with suggesting a 50% refund !!!) (AND they had seen photos!!!!) . This was all for a 50th wedding anniversary :(

"My suggestion is go anywhere but 1-800 -Flowers. An absolutely AWFUL experience. What was sent is embarrassing. I called to complain about what was sent and was told they would send it again with a delivery date of the next day. The flowers never arrived, I called and was told they were on a flex delivery schedule and they would be there today. I called to check on the order and was told there was no florist available to fill the order. I asked for a supervisor but of course they were all busy. I asked for a refund and was told to call back at 8:00 tonight. I said no I was not calling back and was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with someone in America, was put on hold for over 5 minutes and then a supervisor came back on the line. The will only refund 50% of my order and will give me $20.00 credit on my next order. I told them to keep it I will never order from the again. In order to get me remainder of my moneyback I need to send pictures of what was delivered. too much of run round. STAT CLEAR, SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

They ****! Call a local florist- avoid the headache- calls answered overseas

"Called the 1800 number to have flowers and pretzels sticks sent to the hospital. Pretzel sticks never delivered. Called 3 times - spent over 30 minutes 2 times trying to explain to someone in the Philippines who had no idea what a pretzel stick was. Received a 6.00 credit for a 30.00 order. I have waisted over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. They also double charged my credit card.
Google a local forest. Do not deal with these people!

Most horrible experience will never use them again.

"I am **** beyond belief at the service you're providing.

First of all I pick an arrangement of flowers for the death of someone, the flowers were supposed to be delivered that day. Then I get a call that the lavender flowers I picked are not available at the local florist, the person calling me said we will send all white flowers, I said I did not want all white flowers, I wanted something with color in it, they asked what color, I said maybe red or blue. I have no idea if the vase I picked is going to be what is sent. If places don't have the flowers pictured, then they have no business being on your web site.

Then I get a call from a representative that I can barely understand because of an english communication barrier, stating the local florist cannot deliver that day and the shipment would arrive by the NEXT day, she is asking for an address of a relative, I said I don't have one and what is the problem because this is a valid address, she left it go from there and said the flowers would arrive on Friday.

Now I get a message the flowers won't be delivered until 12/18/18, why don't you just make it next year, way beyond when the funeral is?

I will never use your rotten service again and will only deal with local florists from now on.
