"I just purchased a Canon 30 D Digital camera and other equipment from 17th St Photo. This is a brand new camera and most retailers are not shiping yet. Even as new as it is the sales person was able to provide me with full details on the camera, what was upgraded from the Canon 20D and a good + and - opinion. Not once did he try to sell me any other items. No push for add ons or upgrade this or you need this too. After calling them and another dealer (Broadway Camera) I decided without any doubt that I would purchase from 17th St Photo. I went online and I placed my order around noon on Monday, around 1:00 I received a call from 17th st photo. I thought he we go the upgrade pitch. I was suprised that it was just a security call to verify I actually placed the order - no sales pitch at all. To my suprise I received my order via UPS on Tuesday (I did not pay for next day delivery). Everything was as described and as ordered. This was best experience with an online order. I am very pleased with the way they do business. I spent roughly $1800.00 on my order and today I decided I needed another lens and a flash, I went online and ordered it, received a security call in about an hour and an email shortly after telling me my order should arrive by noon tomorrow. Great service - Great prices - US warrenty - No Gray area products - no hassels."
