"While some of their items are discontinued and bought out from other companies I would expect from time to time to have an issue and when I do they have been MORE than helpful. For ex: I bought the Convectop w/the ceramic pan. The packaging shows this round trivet like device that I read is to be used when you have an electric oven. I searched the box. Wrote to them and they had the seller ship me out a new ceramic trivet.(BTW that product works GREAT!!) I watch the videos on YouTube where Chad shows and explains items that are on the site. I also have purchased the K-Cups that were nearing or past their sell by date. Did some research. most K-Cups will last 2-3 years past their sell by date because they are sealed in with nitrogen, I am still using them and never had a problem, A+ customer service. Thank You!"

"Ordered socks. Not the same as their picture, same brand but thinner less expensive socks. Offered 1/2 off or return at my expense. All I wanted was the correct pictured items. Lousy customer service.

Miranda lied to me, emailed the following to me: Our phone system is working. There are only 2 of us in Customer Support, and the girl in the office has been in the hospital this week. I've been getting back to everyone as fast as possible. If you do not like waiting, you could always try our chat options.

Putting in a dispute with VISA. Enough of this crap

"Any company can sell products, after all that's why they've created a business (to sell for profit). So how can you determine a great shop from a mediocre seller? By their customer service and 13 Deals excels in their desire to keep happy customers. They will work on any problem and solve it always for the buyer. I've been purchasing from 13Deals for several years, hardly ever run into problems but when I do (and they're mostly my fault) I know I will receive satisfaction. 13 Deals is a great place to shop and their customer service is exemplary. Each associate is there for one reason.. To help the customer after the sell. Sometimes the delivery isn't as quick as other times but not because they don't try and after all, most of their products offer free s/h so how can you argue with that if it takes a couple more days to reach it's destination?"

"I have placed 3 different orders and I received all of them within 5 to 7 days. One of my orders was the microwavable pressure cooker and I ordered 2 of them. When they arrived I used mine right away everything came out great. The other one we gave to my daughter as birthday gift. When she opened it one of the parts on the lid, the safety lock was broken into several pieces. I contacted them by live chat and explained my situation. The person on the other end apologized for the inconvenience and said they would ship me a new unit. Well they expedited it and I received it within two days. I couldn't believe how fast it came. Since then I ordered two more of the same items, one for a friend who after seeing mine wanted one and the other for another family member . I received these items four days after ordering them. I will definitely do business with them again "

"Ordered solar powered flying butterflies got stuck sunny jugglers...i called the customer service phone number and was told that the only way to get the correct item is to e-mail (****@****) ..my email was rejected : Error stated : Invalid server ...i called the phone again ...answering machine .. Its an endless circle with no resolution ...its not the cost of the items it is the principal of doing business the right way ... I will not be doing anything with this company again .If you really want something DO NOT order from here."

"I purchased keurig vue cups from them. It never came to me. They gave me a fedex tracking number. Fedex said this type of cheap deal shipping goes through USPS. USPS said they left it at the front door and I cannot even open a claim for this cheap shipping tracking number. Guess what did 13deals.com said? They showed no courtesy or ownership to their service and told me to deal with it. "

"Worst website and Horrible customer service. I ordered an item and they offered free shipping. But i never received it. After a month i emailed them to ask the status and they said I did not give my apartment number in address(Well, I am not stupid). They said I will have to pay 3 dollar for reshipping or they will return only 75% of the money. Another way of making money for them."

"I had no problems with my order. The beef sticks were near the expiration date, but I live on the edge and ignore most of those dates (that's what traveling outside the US gets me). They were slow to arrive, but I just pretended it was 1990, when ordering via mail always meant a slow shipment unless I paid more. "

"I've had a few minor problems that were handled promptly. I did not call them but used their customer service email (****@****) and my issue has always been resolved in less then 24 hours. More if email is sent on weekends.

I may have received items that were not the color I wanted, but that was my fault for not reading & being careful before I clicked the complete order button.

I luv this site, have been using for about 3 years now and recommend it to all my friends & relatives.

No issue here. Keep up the good work!

"I had some hope because disgruntled folks are most likely to complain. All the complaints on here are a fair assessment after all. I ordered "unbranded Fiskars" and got some generic cheap scissors that Fiskars would never have anything to do with."

"Bogus, site lets you enter credit card than crashes with PHP error. Finally relogged back in and there is an order I placed from 1/13/2013 that is still in Pending status.

I was going to buy a backback, however now...

NO WAY I AM DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

Called them they lied and said I had to buy something else to get that free item that at that time was advertised as free with no purchase required.

LIARS! CROOKS! and now I am worried about my CC number....WTF?

"I've placed two orders with them. The first I ordered two slightly different items but they sent me two of the same item. I called customer service and they were great. Very helpful. They offered to send me a return label so I could send the incorrect I item back. The second order, I messed up and ordered the wrong item. It was over a weekend and they do not answer the phones on weekends so I sent an email. First thing on Monday I received confirmation that they received my email and had fixed my order. They are great! The one negative I will say is that you will receive an email stating your order is being prepared for shipment. It only means a label has been printed. Your order will ship a day or two or three after that. Go into the deal expecting to wait a week or so for your order."
