"It was great to have all the fonts, sizes, etc to choose from - just like a Word document. I did find it difficult to get an accurate sense of how my label would turn out because the font I chose wouldn't show up properly in Bold: the way it looked in the layout/design was not how it ultimately turned out, but the phone customer service was helpful (more so than the online chat), and the results were more than adequate. (I did have to ask, but the roll came with a plastic dispenser.) Haven't seen how easily they peel off, since it's for a little gift, but I'll assume it's fine. All in all, great price for a great product. "
